高校奖助学金政策学生满意度影响因素研究

【摘要】：基于满意度基础理论,采用无序多分类Logistic回归模型分析了9个高校共3260个学生的调查数据,以揭示我国高校学生对奖助学金政策满意度的影响因素。结果显示,学生家庭人均月收入、是否获得过助学金、所在年级、资助金额是否够了、资助名额是否够了、是否了解助学金政策、评选过程是否存在黑箱、是否存在家庭困难却未获得助学金和是否存在家庭条件不错而获得了助学金等是国家助学金政策学生满意度的显著影响因素。学生家庭人均月收入、是否申请奖学金、所在年级、是否了解奖学金政策、评选过程是否存在黑箱、评选结果是否合理等是励志奖学金政策学生满意度的显著影响因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic theory of satisfaction, a disordered multi-classification Logistic regression model is used to analyze the survey data of 3260 students in nine colleges and universities, in order to reveal the influencing factors of students' satisfaction with the scholarship policy in our country. The average monthly income of a student's family, whether he has received a grant, whether he has received a grant, the grade in which he is a student, whether the amount of assistance is sufficient, whether the number of grants is sufficient, whether he understands the grant policy, and whether there is a black box in the selection process. Whether there are family difficulties but not getting financial aid, and whether there is a good family condition, and so on, are the significant factors influencing the student satisfaction of the national stipend policy, the average monthly income of a student's family, whether to apply for a scholarship, etc. Whether we know the scholarship policy, whether there is a black box in the selection process, and whether the result is reasonable are the significant influencing factors of student satisfaction.
