电子科技大学A学院大学生职业生涯规划分析

【摘要】：由于目前的社会就业形势日趋严峻,大学生来自就业方面的压力越来越大,且未就业人数呈现出逐年上升的趋势。因此,高等院校学生在校期间进行自我的职业生涯规划就显得非常重要。对于大学生个体而言,合理正确的职业生涯规划不仅有利于自身建立科学的择业观,而且能提升社会就业市场与人才劳动力成功配置的比例,使大学生择业尽量达到“人职匹配”,缓解社会就业压力。本文围绕以独立学院为代表的电子科技大学A学院为例,通过不同年级分层次问卷调查法、抽取个体样本进行访谈法、结合工作实际进行观察法,以及查阅相关资料和文献研习,总结出电子科技大学A学院大学生职业生涯规划存在的一些问题和现象,并从大学生个体和具有独立学院代表性的学校,两方面视角进行分析,探索出了几点关于如何提升电子科技大学A学院大学生职业生涯规划水平的建议和意见。一方面,学生个人努力增强自我认知能力,培养职业价值观,进行正确的职业定向,同时积极参加社会实践,不断深化和丰富个人职业生涯规划；另一方面,学校从思想上转变原来固有的就业观念,既实现从“就业指导”到“职业指导”的转变。从长远的眼光和视角考虑,在学校的课程设置中开设大学生职业生涯规划相关理论和实践课程,建立专门的职业指导机构和部门,成立学校专业化职业生涯辅导教师队伍,满足学生在不同阶段和层次的个性化辅导需求；再次是建立畅通的现代化网络信息交流平台,促进家庭--学校--家长三方联动,共同培养学生独立性,促进大学生职业生涯规划的有效实现。
[Abstract]:As the current social employment situation is becoming more and more severe, the pressure from the employment of college students is increasing, and the number of unemployed persons is increasing year by year.Therefore, it is very important for college students to plan their own career.For college students, a reasonable and correct career planning is not only conducive to the establishment of a scientific view of employment, but also can enhance the proportion of social employment market and successful allocation of talent and labor force.To make college students choose a career to achieve a "person-job match", to ease the pressure of social employment.Based on the example of College A of Electronic University of Science and Technology, which is represented by independent college, this paper takes individual samples as interview method through different grade stratified questionnaire, and makes observations combining with the actual work.By consulting relevant materials and literature, the author summarizes some problems and phenomena in career planning of college students in College A of Electronic Science and Technology University, and analyzes them from two angles of view: individual college students and representative schools with independent colleges.This paper explores some suggestions and suggestions on how to improve the career planning level of college students in College A of Electronic Science and Technology.On the one hand, students make great efforts to enhance their self-cognition ability, cultivate their professional values, carry out correct career orientation, and actively participate in social practice, on the other hand, they deepen and enrich their personal career planning, on the other hand,Schools change the original concept of employment ideologically, from "employment guidance" to "vocational guidance".Considering from the long-term perspective and angle of view, we set up relevant theoretical and practical courses for college students' career planning, set up specialized career guidance institutions and departments, and set up a contingent of professional career tutoring teachers in the school.To meet the individual counseling needs of students at different stages and levels; thirdly, to establish a smooth and modern network information exchange platform, to promote the family-school-parents tripartite interaction, to jointly cultivate the independence of students,To promote the effective realization of college students' career planning.
