马克思主义人的全面发展理论与当代大学生综合素质培养

【摘要】：人的全面发展一直以来都是我国社会主义人才培养的目标，而马克思主义人的全面发展理论则为这一目标的实现提供了理论指引，在改革开放今天，，为了能够为国家的建设和发展培养人才，也为了实现人的全面发展，我国提出了素质教育的方针，具体高等教育就是要求高校努力培养当代大学生的综合素质。那么人的全面发展与当代大学生综合素质培养到底有何关系？面对当代大学生综合素质存在问题和不足，该如何提升？本文正是一次回答这些问题尝试，笔者首先对马克思主义人的全面发展理论进行了梳理，然后对人的全面发展和大学生综合素质培养的关系进行了论述，得出了大学生综合素质培养必须以马克思主义人的全面发展理论为指引，由此便开始分析大学生综合素质现状和成因，最后提出了在马克思主义人的全面发展理论的指导下，提升大学生综合素质的一些具有可行性的措施。文章主要分为五个部分，第一部分引言，主要阐述了本文的选题背景、选题目的、选意义、国内外研究现状综述，以及研究方法和创新点。从第二部分到第五部分属于本文的正文，第二部分中主要梳理了马克思主义人的全面发展理论，从马克思以前各个历史时期人的全面发展思想，到马克思主义人的全面发展理论，最后再到马克思人的全面发展理论在中国的新成果。第三部分是本文的创新点以及难点，主要阐述了马克思主义人的全面发展与当代大学生综合素质培养之间的关系，笔者分别从两者之间的联系和区别两个方面进行了论述。第四部分主要论述了当代大学生的综合素质现状，并找出了其中存在的问题和不足，并对这些问题和不足进行的相应的成因分析。最后一部分，将马克思主义人的全面发展理论与当代大学生综合素质培养结合起来，以马克思主义人的全面发展理论指导当代大学生综合素质培养，分别从思想道德素质、科学人文素质、创新素质、身心素质四个方面提出了一些提升当代大学生综合素质的可行性建议和措施。

The article is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, this paper mainly expounds the background, purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad, and research methods and innovation. The third part is the innovation of this paper and the difficulties, mainly expounds the relationship between the development of all-round development of the Marx doctrine and the comprehensive quality of college students the author discusses from two aspects respectively and the difference between the two. The fourth part mainly discusses the contemporary college students' comprehensive quality and the status quo. To find out the existing problems and shortcomings, and the corresponding analysis of the causes of these problems and shortcomings. Finally, the comprehensive development of Marx's theory of human and contemporary college students' comprehensive quality training combined with the theory of all-round development of the Marx doctrine guidance of contemporary college students' comprehensive quality training, respectively, from the ideological and moral quality the scientific and cultural qualities, innovation quality, and puts forward some improving the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students' suggestions and measures four aspects of physical and mental quality.
