我国高等教育管理方式转变问题研究

【摘要】：高等教育管理方式的转变与外界高等教育发展方式的转变及由对知识诉求引发的适应知识范式转变存在密切关系,且高等教育固有问题的存在成为其转变的内在驱动力。随着政治、经济、文化、教育等因素对高等教育管理方式影响的逐步深入,为应对外部变化与内部矛盾,高等教育管理方式必须确立系统化、制度化、生态化的转变方向,在实践中以进一步明确转变目标为前提,以提高高校办学自主权为核心,以处理好高校的内外部关系为支撑,以完善高等教育管理相关制度为保障。
[Abstract]:The change of management mode of higher education is closely related to the change of external mode of higher education development and the change of adaptive knowledge paradigm caused by the demand for knowledge, and the inherent problems of higher education become the internal driving force of its transformation.With the influence of politics, economy, culture, education and other factors on the management mode of higher education, in order to cope with the external changes and internal contradictions, the management mode of higher education must establish a systematic, institutionalized and ecological transformation direction.In practice, it is based on the premise of further clarifying the transformation goal, the core of improving the autonomy of running a university, the support of dealing with the internal and external relations of colleges and universities, and the guarantee of perfecting the related system of higher education management.
