高校独立学院学生思想政治工作研究

【摘要】：独立学院是我国高等教育领域中出现的新事物,是我国高等教育改革与发展的一项重大举措,是办学机制和模式改革创新的重要成果,是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。独立学院虽然属于民办机制,但是也同我国公办高校一样承担着培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的历史重任。与普通高等院校学生思想政治教育工作相比,独立学院的学生思想政治教育工作因为独立学院的办学特点以及独立学院学生的自身特点而有着其特殊性。 本文从独立学院的发展情况和学生特点为突破口,揭示当前独立学院学生的思想特点,通过深入分析加强独立学院学生思想政治教育工作的重要性和紧迫性,最后有针对性的提出加强独立学院学生思想政治教育工作的对策：一是必须要坚持党的领导；二围绕培养目标创新学生思想政治工作内容；三是加强思想政治教育师资队伍的建设；四是高度重视和加强心理健康教育；五是加强学生思想政治教育工作阵地建设。从而使独立学院的学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。
[Abstract]:The independent college is a new thing in the field of higher education in our country. It is an important measure of the reform and development of higher education in our country. It is an important achievement of the reform and innovation of the mechanism and mode of running a school and an important part of the higher education of our country.Although the independent college belongs to the private system, it also bears the historical responsibility of cultivating the socialist builders and successors as the public universities in our country.Compared with the work of ideological and political education of students in colleges and universities, the work of ideological and political education of students in independent colleges has its particularity because of the characteristics of running independent colleges and students of independent colleges.Based on the development of independent college and the characteristics of the students, this paper reveals the ideological characteristics of the students in the independent college, and analyzes the importance and urgency of strengthening the ideological and political education of the students in the independent college.Finally, the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of independent college students are put forward: first, we must adhere to the leadership of the Party, secondly, we should innovate the contents of students' ideological and political work around the training goal;Third, strengthen the construction of ideological and political education teachers; fourth, attach great importance to and strengthen mental health education; fifth, strengthen the construction of ideological and political education for students.So that independent college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.
