社会支持在择业过程中的作用策略研究

【摘要】:2012年大学毕业生就业问题凸显,毕业生择业压力日益增加,,造成了择业焦虑等负性情绪。在这一背景下,本文对大学毕业生的择业压力和择业焦虑状况进行了研究,并对社会支持在大学生择业过程中所发挥的作用进行了探讨。 本文通过问卷调查法,以290名应届毕业生为样本,通过择业压力量表、根据ISEL修订的社会支持量表以及中文版Zung氏焦虑量表,对毕业生的择业压力、择业焦虑、社会支持的水平以及变量之间的关系进行了探讨,得到以下主要结论:所测毕业生的择业压力水平中等,其中社会环境压力最大;近三分之一的学生表现出焦虑倾向;不同生源地与家庭社会经济地位的毕业生择业压力水平有显著差异;择业压力与社会支持显著负相关,择业焦虑与社会支持显著负相关;社会支持在择业压力与择业焦虑之间起到完全中介作用。 鉴于以上研究结果,对高校和社会出三点建议:高校的就业指导中心对于本科毕业生的择业过程,要重视来自社会环境的压力;在就业辅导的过程中可以考虑将社会支持作为干预手段,缓解毕业生的择业压力和焦虑;关注经济条件较差的学生,来自学校、家人的支持能够显著改善他们的压力和焦虑水平,弥补家庭背景所带来的不足。
[Abstract]:The employment problem of college graduates in 2012 highlights the increasing pressure on graduates to choose jobs, resulting in negative emotions such as job anxiety. Under this background, this paper studies the pressure and anxiety of college graduates in choosing jobs, and probes into the role of social support in the process of choosing jobs for college students. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 290 fresh graduates as a sample. According to the Social support scale revised by ISEL and the Chinese version of Zung's anxiety scale, the job stress and job anxiety of the graduates were investigated by using the Job Choice stress scale, the Social support scale and the Chinese version of the Social support scale. The relationship between social support level and variables is discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: the level of employment stress of the graduates tested is moderate, the social environment pressure is the greatest, nearly 1/3 students show anxiety tendency; There are significant differences in the level of job choice pressure between students from different places and the socioeconomic status of their families, while there is a significant negative correlation between job stress and social support, and between job anxiety and social support. Social support plays a full intermediary role between job pressure and job anxiety. In view of the above research results, there are three suggestions for universities and the society: the employment guidance center of colleges and universities should pay attention to the pressure from the social environment for the process of undergraduate graduates' career selection; In the process of employment guidance, we can consider social support as a means of intervention to alleviate the pressure and anxiety of graduates in choosing jobs. Family support can significantly improve their stress and anxiety levels, making up for the lack of family background.
