探讨以绩效管理改进高校财务预算管理的实施途径

【摘要】：在高校的财务管理中,预算管理是最重要的核心关键点,随着现代社会的不断进步发展,我国的高校也在不断的实现创新,因此,越来越多的人关注高校的资金使用情况,希望能够提高高校财务的有效性。所以,高校中的各个部门都要给予高校财务预算管理高度的重视。而在绩效管理中,最为基础的就是绩效预算模式,本文主要是探讨以绩效管理改进高校财务预算管理的实施途径,致力于不断提高高校预算管理的有效性,从而改进高校的财务预算管理模式。
[Abstract]:In the financial management of colleges and universities, budget management is the most important key point. With the development of modern society, colleges and universities in our country are constantly innovating. Therefore, more and more people pay attention to the use of funds in colleges and universities. Hope to improve the financial effectiveness of colleges and universities. Therefore, all departments in colleges and universities should attach great importance to the financial budget management of colleges and universities. In the performance management, the most basic is the performance budget model, this paper mainly discusses the performance management to improve the implementation of the financial budget management, committed to constantly improve the effectiveness of university budget management. In order to improve the financial budget management model of colleges and universities.
