档案学教学资源库建设影响因素分析——基于学生用户的访谈

【摘要】:学生用户的接受程度是档案学教学资源库建设与发展的重要因素,然而国内现有的研究成果对其却关注甚少。本文以理性行为理论为分析框架,在假设结果预期、资源价值感知、对学习规范的支持、对重要人物期望的依从动机以及使用态度五种因素共同影响学生用户对档案学教学资源库使用意愿的基础上,提出了档案学教学资源库实施的用户接受模型,采用半结构式访谈法,对13位学生用户进行先期访谈,并利用Nvivo软件对获取的资料加以分析,从而验证模型与假设的科学性和合理性。
[Abstract]:The acceptance of student users is an important factor in the construction and development of archives teaching resources. However, little attention has been paid to it in China. Based on the theory of rational behavior, this paper assumes that the expectation of results, the perception of resource value, and the support of learning norms. On the basis of the five factors which affect the students' willingness to use the archives teaching resource bank, the user acceptance model of the archives teaching resource bank is put forward, based on the following five factors: the compliance motivation and the using attitude to the important person's expectation, and then the author puts forward the user acceptance model of the archives teaching resource bank. The semi-structured interview method was used to interview 13 student users in advance, and the obtained data were analyzed by Nvivo software, so as to verify the scientific nature and rationality of the model and hypothesis.
