人力资源管理理论视角下的高校辅导员队伍建设问题研究

【摘要】：大学是人才的摇篮，作为高校教育工作者，高校学生辅导员正发挥着越来越重要的作用，他是中国高校思想政治教育的核心力量，他们认真贯彻党的教育方针，能确保党的教育政策在大学生中的认真推行，能保证及时完成党的教育任务和目标。他们与大学生接触最多，，他们是高校思想政治教育的一线工作者，他们直接管理学生，服务学生，教育学生，他们在高等教育的大环境中，他们的言行直接对大学生的良好的人格，进取的思想，有着深远的影响，他们为社会承担着培养合格，全面的有用人才，正式因为他们扮演者越来越重要的角色，而我们所处的国内外形势发生了又巨大而深刻的变化，我国高校辅导员队伍建设问题越来越多，本文通过对我国高校辅导员工作的历史与现状分析，结合人力资源管理理论，借鉴国内外有关高校辅导员队伍建设的经验，以文献法与调查研究等方法，对高校辅导员队伍建设做了一些理论性探讨。
[Abstract]:Universities are the cradle of talents, as university educators, college student counselors are playing an increasingly important role, he is the core force of ideological and political education in Chinese colleges and universities, they conscientiously carry out the Party's educational policy. It can ensure the serious implementation of the Party's educational policy among college students and the timely completion of the Party's educational tasks and objectives. They have the most contact with college students. They are front-line workers in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. They directly manage students, serve students, educate students, and they are in the general environment of higher education. Their words and deeds have a profound impact on the good personality and enterprising thinking of college students. They undertake to train qualified, comprehensive and useful talents for the society, formally because they play an increasingly important role. However, the situation at home and abroad has undergone tremendous and profound changes. There are more and more problems in the construction of college counselors in our country. This paper analyzes the history and present situation of counselors' work in colleges and universities in our country, and combines the theory of human resources management. Based on the experience of college counselors at home and abroad and by the methods of literature and investigation, this paper makes some theoretical discussions on the construction of counselors in colleges and universities.
