高校辅导员知识与能力结构探究

【摘要】：高校辅导员承担教育者、管理者、服务者这三种不同的角色,并具备相应的能力结构。高校辅导员应向职业化和专业化方向发展,不断强化自身的专业能力建设,努力掌握工作的本质和规律,促进学生工作不断开创新局面。
[Abstract]:College counselors have three different roles: educator, administrator and server, and they have the corresponding ability structure. College counselors should develop in the direction of professionalization and specialization, constantly strengthen their own professional ability construction, strive to grasp the nature and law of work, and promote the work of students to create a new situation.
