科技创业孵化器对大学生创业绩效影响实证分析

【摘要】：创业孵化器作为一条连接社会与学校的纽带,可让学生迅速接触并融入社会,为学生的自主创业奠定坚实基础。以A大学注册成立的某创业公司为研究对象,运用问卷调查和访谈法进行研究,探讨了科技创业孵化器对大学生创业的绩效影响。依据调查结果,针对该创业公司的经营模式、成效及问题进行了分析并提出建议,以促进大学生更好地就业和创业。
[Abstract]:As a link between society and school, business incubator can make students quickly contact and integrate into society, and lay a solid foundation for students to start their own business. Taking a start-up company registered in University A as the research object, this paper studies the effect of the incubator of science and technology on the performance of college students' entrepreneurship by questionnaire and interview. Based on the results of the investigation, this paper analyzes the business model, effectiveness and problems of the venture company and puts forward some suggestions to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college students.
