SW大学校医院发展初探

【摘要】:我国高等学校的校医院是设在高等学校内、主要为师生员工提供医疗保健服务的机构组织。校医院为提高师生健康水平、保障高校教学科研、稳定教学秩序和推动高校发展发挥了很大的作用。然而,随着高校的发展和国家医药卫生政策的变化、人们的医疗保健服务要求的提高,使高校医院发展的内外部环境都发生了改变,给其发展带来了诸多困难和问题。 SW大学校医院位于四川,是SW大学的校医院。如何加强校医院的管理,不断提高其医疗保健工作的质量,是SW大学校医院需要迫切解决的问题。 本文将运用战略管理等组织管理知识,对SW大学校医院的发展进行初步探析。全文的主要内容包括: 第一章战略管理和医院管理概述。本章分别阐述了战略、战略管理;医院管理与医院战略。 第二章SW大学校医院的发展概述。本章阐述了SW大学校医院的发展历史,给出了当前发展面临的问题。 第三章SW大学校医院的SWOT分析与战略选择。本章首先应用SWOT分析方法来分析校医院的内外部环境,以从中发现校医院发展的内部自身优势和劣势以及外部的机遇和威胁。然后给出校医院的定位和发展目标。最后提出校医院的发展战略。 第四章SW大学校医院发展的建议。本章根据上一章中提出的校医院的发展战略,结合其实际情况,从战略实施、战略控制的角度给出了若干发展建议。 本文结合当前SW大学校医院发展中存在的实际问题,对校医院内部的优势与劣势以及外部的机遇与威胁进行了SWOT分析。从战略分析、战略选择、战略实施和控制的流程进行了探讨。通过研究,发现并分析了校医院自身弊端的原因,提出了改进建议,以使校医院今后能更好地为师生员工的医疗保健服务,促进校医院的全面健康与可持续发展。 笔者从管理的视角讨论高校校医院的发展,希望将所学现代管理知识与所在Sw大学校医院的工作实践相结合,学以致用。同时,笔者也期望本文可以给Sw大学校医院与其他高校校医院的发展能提供一个参考和借鉴。 当然,鉴于笔者知识有限,文章中疏漏或错误之处,请各位老师不吝指正。
[Abstract]:The university hospital of our country is the organization which is located in the university and mainly provides medical and health care for the teachers and students. The hospital has played a great role in improving the health level of teachers and students, ensuring teaching and scientific research, stabilizing teaching order and promoting the development of colleges and universities. However, with the development of colleges and universities and the changes of national medical and health policies, the improvement of medical and health care service requirements of people has changed the internal and external environment of the development of university hospitals, which has brought a lot of difficulties and problems to the development of colleges and universities. SW University Hospital, located in Sichuan Province, is the university hospital of SW University. How to strengthen the management of hospital and improve the quality of medical care is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper analyzes the development of SW University Hospital by using strategic management and other organizational management knowledge. The main contents of this paper are as follows: The first chapter is an overview of strategic management and hospital management. This chapter describes the strategy, strategic management, hospital management and hospital strategy. The second chapter summarizes the development of SW University Hospital. In this chapter, the history of SW University Hospital is described, and the problems facing its development are given. Chapter 3: SWOT Analysis and Strategic Choice of SW University Hospital. In this chapter, SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the hospital, so as to find out the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external opportunities and threats of the development of the hospital. Then it gives the orientation and development goal of the school hospital. Finally, the development strategy of school hospital is put forward. Chapter 4: suggestions on the development of SW University Hospital. According to the development strategy of school and hospital put forward in the last chapter and the actual situation, this chapter gives some development suggestions from the angle of strategy implementation and strategic control. Based on the practical problems existing in the development of SW University Hospital, this paper makes a SWOT analysis of the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external opportunities and threats. This paper discusses the process of strategy analysis, strategy choice, strategy implementation and control. Through the research, this paper finds out and analyzes the causes of the malpractice of the hospital itself, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement, so that the hospital can better serve the health care of the teachers and students in the future, and promote the overall health and sustainable development of the school hospital. The author discusses the development of university hospitals from the perspective of management, hoping to combine the knowledge of modern management with the working practice of the hospital in SW university. At the same time, the author also hopes that this paper can provide a reference for the development of SW university hospital and other university hospitals. Of course, in view of the author's limited knowledge, the article omissions or mistakes, please do not hesitate to correct teachers.
