【摘要】：随着我国经济的发展、高等教育的改革和和谐社会的稳步推进，国家和社会开始重点关注高校毕业生的就业问题。毕业生的就业不仅关系到个人如何在社会生存立足，也直接反映了我国高等教育的发展现状。本文通过分析现阶段高校毕业生就业指导中思想政治教育存在的问题，，着重探讨了如何加强思想政治教育在毕业生就业指导方面的对策，进而希望寻找到符合我国毕业生就业指导的新路径，缓解高校毕业生就业的压力，促进高校的可持续发展和维护好社会的和谐稳定。本文首先分析了高校毕业生就业指导中思想政治教育的重要性及其作用；其次总结了高校毕业生在就业竞争中所表现的心理和思想问题，进而分析产生问题的原因；再次肯定了思想政治教育在毕业生就业指导方面取得的成绩，并且指出了现阶段的问题和不足；最后依据反映的问题和不足深入探讨了如何提高思想政治教育对就业指导的对策。全文采用文献资料研究法、多学科综合分析法和多角度分析法，确保研究内容的全面性、科学性。本文具体分析了高校毕业生在就业中所表现的一些消极心理和思想，在肯定思想政治教育在就业指导中所取得的成绩和认识到其中不足之后，探讨了在高校毕业生就业指导中加强思想政治教育的对策。其中在改进高校毕业生就业思想政治教育方法上进行创新，运用对比借鉴法来向国外学习经验，弥补我国现阶段高校毕业生就业指导中思想政治教育存在的不足，并加强理论建设和制度建设，确保就业指导系统化、程序化。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the reform of higher education and the steady progress of harmonious society, the state and society begin to pay more attention to the employment of college graduates. The employment of graduates is not only related to how individuals survive in society, but also directly reflects the development of higher education in China. By analyzing the problems existing in the ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college graduates at this stage, this paper focuses on the countermeasures of how to strengthen the ideological and political education in the employment guidance of graduates. Then we hope to find a new way to meet the employment guidance of graduates in our country, relieve the pressure of employment of college graduates, promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities and maintain the social harmony and stability. This paper first analyzes the importance and function of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college graduates, then summarizes the psychological and ideological problems of college graduates in the employment competition, and then analyzes the causes of the problems. It affirms the achievements of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of graduates, and points out the problems and shortcomings at the present stage. Finally, according to the reflected problems and shortcomings, this paper probes into the countermeasures of how to improve the ideological and political education to the employment guidance. This paper adopts the methods of literature research, multi-disciplinary comprehensive analysis and multi-angle analysis to ensure the comprehensiveness and scientificalness of the research contents. This paper concretely analyzes some negative psychology and thoughts of college graduates in employment, after affirming the achievements of ideological and political education in employment guidance and recognizing the insufficiency of them, This paper probes into the countermeasures of strengthening ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college graduates. In order to make up for the deficiency of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college graduates at present, we should innovate on the methods of improving the ideological and political education of college graduates, and use the method of comparison and reference to learn from foreign countries, so as to make up for the deficiency of ideological and political education. And strengthen the construction of theory and system to ensure the systematization and procedure of employment guidance.
