当代大学生学业诚信问题研究

【摘要】：大学阶段,大学生的任务和职责不仅仅是学习和累积知识,而且还有人格的塑造和完善。诚信是和谐社会的重要特征,社会转型期各种利益关系的复杂化、矛盾的尖锐化、社会价值的嬗变与转换等所引致的社会失范、失信行为便应运而生,而对于环境淳朴的大学生校园也未能摆脱“道德滑坡、诚信缺失”的侵蚀。毫无疑问,社会转型的社会特征也对大学生的人格的形成和发展产生深刻影响。多元文化的存在、物质主义、功利主义的弥散以及个体行为选择的自由性等,致使一些大学生迷失了自己的社会价值目标和追求,丧失诚信道德。大学生应以学业诚信为动力源,努力掌握现代科学文化知识和技能,充实和完善自己,促进自身全面发展,发展成社会需要的人才。当前阶段大学生学业诚信失范现象已引起社会各界的普遍关注。本文在对大学生学业诚信相关概念作出阐述的基础上,通过对大学生学业诚信问题现状的学习诚信、考试诚信、学术诚信三方面进行了实际调查,指出高校大学生学业诚信存在的问题:部分大学生课堂纪律松弛、部分大学生放弃科研精神的坚守、学业诚信存在知行背离现象。并在问题分析的基础上指出大学生学业失信问题的主要原因是:大学生自身修养失衡、高校学业诚信教育约束的弱化、不良风气下的社会负面影响。针对这些问题及原因相应的提出来针对性的对策:促进大学学业诚信的自我教育、发挥高校的学业诚信教育的主导作用、重视社会学业诚信的导向作用,这不仅有助于大学生在学业上养成诚实信用的好品德,而且使大学生成为拥有真才实学、获得全面发展的社会人才。
[Abstract]:College students' tasks and responsibilities are not only to learn and accumulate knowledge, but also to shape and improve their personality. Honesty and credit is an important characteristic of harmonious society. The social anomie caused by the complication of various interest relations, the sharp contradictions, the evolution and transformation of social value, etc., the behavior of dishonesty comes into being at the historic moment. And for the simple environment of college students campus can not get rid of the "moral decline, lack of integrity" erosion. There is no doubt that the social characteristics of social transformation also have a profound impact on the formation and development of college students' personality. The existence of multiculturalism materialism the dispersion of utilitarianism and the freedom of individual behavior make some college students lose their social value goal and pursuit and lose the integrity morality. College students should take academic honesty as the motive force, try their best to master modern scientific and cultural knowledge and skills, enrich and perfect themselves, promote their all-round development and develop into talents in need of society. At present, the phenomenon of college students' academic integrity has caused widespread concern from all walks of life. On the basis of expounding the related concepts of college students' academic integrity, this paper makes a practical investigation on the present situation of students' academic integrity in three aspects: learning honesty, examination honesty and academic honesty. This paper points out the problems of academic integrity of college students: some students' discipline in class is lax, some students give up the spirit of scientific research, and there is a phenomenon of deviation of knowledge and practice in academic honesty. On the basis of the analysis of the problems, the author points out that the main causes of the problem are: the imbalance of college students' self-cultivation, the weakening of the constraints of academic honesty education in colleges and universities, and the negative social influence under the bad atmosphere. Aiming at these problems and the reasons, the author puts forward some countermeasures: to promote the self-education of academic honesty in universities, to give play to the leading role of academic honesty education in colleges and universities, and to attach importance to the guiding role of social academic honesty. It is not only helpful for college students to cultivate good moral character of honesty and credit in their studies, but also to make them become social talents with real talents and all-round development.
