【摘要】：高校思想政治教育和校园文化建设具有密不可分的关系,两者互为前提,相互促进,高校思想政治教育为校园文化建设提供理论基础和导向指引,高校校园文化的建设则为思想政治教育不断创新内容和发展形式。通过对两者的基本情况进行了解,逐渐发现两者间的内在联系和进行联动的基础。高校思想政治教育和校园文化建设两者相互制约、相互促进、相互融合,存在着相关的辩证关系,彼此在培养目标、培养内容和培养对象方面具备内在的一致性,而就工作范围、主动程度及培养方式三个方面而言,他们彼此又存在着一定的客观差异。在总结前人经验的基础上,通过有效的实践形式使高校思想政治教育工作和校园文化建设工作实现真正的良性联动。从两者间导向性、管理性和统筹性三大原则的分析,到两者联动的推进、联动的运行及联动的保障三大机制的阐述,逐渐通过对二者载体与主体的分析,尝试建立高校思想政治教育和校园文化建设的联动效果评估体系。明确引导和推进高校思想政治教育和校园文化建设之间的联动关系,对于高校教育活动的发展,教育水平的提高,人才的培养具有重要的实践意义,值得我们每一个高校思政、文化工作者进行深入思考。本文的创新之处是：1.揭示了高校思想政治教育和校园文化建设之间联动关系,建立起一个大致的框架式联动方案。2.为当代高校高校思想政治教育工作和校园文化活动提供相应的理论支撑和实践参考。不足之处：对于两者间关系的研究还不够深刻,本文虽然建构了一个大致的联动框架,但是如何使框架成为行之有效的实践,该框架是否可以解决两者联动过程的问题,还需要进一步的进行讨论。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education in colleges and universities is closely related to the construction of campus culture, which is the premise and promotion of each other. The ideological and political education in colleges and universities provides the theoretical basis and guidance for the construction of campus culture. The construction of campus culture in colleges and universities is constantly innovating content and developing form for ideological and political education. Through understanding the basic situation of the two, we gradually find the internal relationship between the two and the basis of linkage. The ideological and political education and campus culture construction in colleges and universities restrict each other, promote each other and merge with each other. In terms of work scope, initiative and training style, there are some objective differences between them. On the basis of summing up the previous experience, the ideological and political education work and campus culture construction work in colleges and universities can be realized through effective practical forms. From the analysis of the three principles of guidance, management and overall planning between the two, to the promotion, operation and guarantee of the linkage, the analysis of the carrier and the main body of the two is carried out gradually. This paper attempts to establish an evaluation system of the linkage effect of ideological and political education and campus culture construction in colleges and universities. Clearly guiding and promoting the linkage relationship between ideological and political education and campus culture construction in colleges and universities is of great practical significance to the development of educational activities, the improvement of educational level and the cultivation of talents. Cultural workers think deeply. The innovation of this paper is: 1: 1. This paper reveals the linkage relationship between ideological and political education and campus culture construction in colleges and universities, and establishes a general framing linkage scheme. It provides theoretical support and practical reference for ideological and political education and campus cultural activities in contemporary colleges and universities. Deficiency: the study of the relationship between the two is not deep enough, although this paper constructs a general linkage framework, but how to make the framework become an effective practice, whether the framework can solve the problem of the linkage process between the two. Further discussion is needed.
