教育部在汉直属高校联合办学的理论与实证研究

【摘要】:如何提高高校人才培养质量一直是教育界关注的重要议题。不同形式的高校联合办学模式的兴起与发展为促进人才培养提供了新的有效途径。在信息化的今天,如何利用网络来更好地开展高校联合培养办学,促进联合办学的信息化就显得尤为重要。已有研究主要从理论层面对高校联合办学模式进行探索,较少有学者关注其信息管理实践这一主题。基于此,本文以“高校联合办学模式”为选题,进一步以武汉地区“七校联合”办学模式为典型案例进行剖析,旨在深入并全面地阐释这一典型的办学模式。通过文献调研法、案例分析法和访谈法,本文系统阐释了七校联合办学的起源、模式、机制、运行及其信息管理实践、效果、特色与作用等,期望能够进一步丰富有关高校联合办学模式的相关研究,同时更好地促进武汉地区七校联合办学人才培养的质量,并为其他地区实施联合办学人才培养途径提供一定的借鉴。 具体来说,本文的主要内容有: 第一,阐述了选题背景和研究意义,并对国内外有关高校联合办学的相关研究与实践现状进行了综述;进一步对本研究相关的概念做出了界定,并提出本文的研究思路、主要研究内容与创新点。 第二,阐释了武汉地区七校联合办学的模式与机制。在分析七校联合办学的起源和背景的基础上,提出了七校联合办学的“以双学位和辅修专业为核心的双向模式”,即集合各校特色专业,以双学位和辅修专业为核心;进一步论述了七校联合办学的“以轮值制度为基础的运行机制”,即平等协作,轮值管理;加强监控,注重质量;自筹经费,持续发展。 第三,阐述了武汉地区七校联合办学的运行过程及其信息管理实践。在分析其运行过程的基础上,详细分析了七校联合办学管理系统所实现的功能模块,包括报名工作流程、学生基本信息管理、课程成绩管理、毕业论文成绩管理以及结业管理。 第四,分析了武汉地区七校联合办学的效果、特色与作用。通过搜集体育学院参与辅修学生的相关实际数据和访谈等剖析了七校联合办学所取得的成效,进一步总结其特色作用。
[Abstract]:How to improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities has always been an important topic of concern in education circles. The rise and development of different forms of joint running schools provide a new and effective way to promote the cultivation of talents. In the information age, how to use the network to better develop the joint education of colleges and universities, and to promote the information of joint education is particularly important. Some researches have mainly explored the mode of joint education in colleges and universities at the theoretical level, and few scholars have paid attention to the subject of information management practice. Based on this, this paper takes the "joint school running mode of higher education" as the topic, and further analyzes the typical case of "seven schools' union" in Wuhan area, in order to explain this typical school running model in depth and in an all-round way. Through literature investigation, case analysis and interview, this paper systematically explains the origin, mode, mechanism, operation and information management practice, effects, characteristics and functions of the seven schools. It is expected to further enrich the relevant research on the mode of joint education of colleges and universities, at the same time, better promote the quality of talents training of seven schools in Wuhan area, and provide some reference for other regions to carry out joint education of talents. Specifically, the main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the background and significance of the topic is expounded, and the current situation of research and practice on joint education of colleges and universities at home and abroad is summarized. Furthermore, the related concepts of this study are defined, and the research ideas, main research contents and innovation points are put forward. Secondly, it explains the mode and mechanism of seven schools in Wuhan. Based on the analysis of the origin and background of the seven schools' joint education, this paper puts forward the "two-way mode with double degrees and minor majors as the core", that is, the combination of each school's characteristic specialty, with the double degree and the minor major as the core; The paper further discusses the "operating mechanism based on rotation system", which is equal cooperation, rotating management, strengthening supervision, paying attention to quality, self-financing and sustainable development. Thirdly, the paper expounds the operation process and information management practice of the seven schools in Wuhan area. On the basis of analyzing its running process, this paper analyzes in detail the functional modules realized by the management system of seven schools, including the process of registration, the management of students' basic information, the management of course achievement, the management of graduation thesis scores and the management of graduation. Fourth, analyzes the effect, characteristic and function of the seven schools in Wuhan area. Through collecting the actual data and interviews of the students participating in the minor courses in the physical Education Institute, the paper analyzes the results achieved by the seven schools' joint running schools, and further summarizes its characteristic function.
