大学学术权力实现之道

【摘要】:学术权力是保障大学学术活动顺利开展的重要条件,学术权力的实现对于改变我国高等教育现状有着重大的现实意义,是大学实践中难以解决的治理问题之一。学术权力存在于高等教育权力系统之中,它的形成与发展既遵循高等教育的内部逻辑,也受到外部社会大环境的影响,本文通过对大学权力系统中与学术权力相关的多个冲突的分析,揭示出学术权力实现之道,为我国高等教育的治理提供理论依据。 论文分为绪论、正文、结语三部分。绪论部分,主要内容包括问题的提出、研究意义、研究现状概述、相关概念界定、研究思路和方法。正文由四章组成:第一章内容为大学学术权力概述。该部分论述了大学学术权力的特性、生成条件,追溯学术权力的千年演化历史,并介绍了世界上主要的权力模式。第二章介绍了当代我国高校学术权力发展现状,首先分析了我国大学的领导体制、权力结构和权力格局,而后指出学术组织行政化、教授权力式微、学术权力边缘化等学术权力衰微的表现。第三章是对我国当代学术权力的省思,分析了大学权力系统内外的冲突,运用教育生态学的分析方法揭示了大学学术权力委顿的原因,,指出学术权力委顿的根本原因是大学遗传属性与社会环境的冲突。第四章提出大学学术权力实现之道。学术权力的实现之道由形而上学之道和形而下学之道组成。形而上学之道从哲学的角度指出,在冲突中保持中和是大学学术权力实现的根本之道;形而下学之道提出了从制度治理到文化治理的强化大学学术权力的具体方略。结语部分指出,大学应该从所处的社会环境中汲取营养,既要保持传统又要应时而变,应势而变。学术权力衰微的现状起因于权力系统中的各种冲突,而学术权力的实现又要借助于系统之中的冲突,关键要控制冲突之度,即致中和。
[Abstract]:Academic power is an important condition to ensure the smooth development of university academic activities. The realization of academic power has great practical significance for changing the current situation of higher education in China, and is one of the difficult governance problems in university practice. Academic power exists in the power system of higher education. Its formation and development not only follow the internal logic of higher education, but also are influenced by the external social environment. Through the analysis of several conflicts related to academic power in university power system, this paper reveals the way to realize academic power and provides the theoretical basis for the governance of higher education in China. The paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. In the introduction part, the main content includes the question raising, the research significance, the research present situation summary, the related concept definition, the research thought and the method. The text consists of four chapters: the first chapter is an overview of university academic power. This part discusses the characteristics and conditions of academic power in universities, traces the history of the millennial evolution of academic power, and introduces the main power models in the world. The second chapter introduces the present situation of academic power development in colleges and universities in contemporary China. Firstly, it analyzes the leadership system, power structure and power structure of universities in our country, and then points out that academic organizations are administrated and the power of professors is declining. The decline of academic power, such as the marginalization of academic power. The third chapter is the pondering over the contemporary academic power in our country, analyzes the conflicts inside and outside the university power system, and reveals the reasons of the university academic power commission by using the educational ecology analysis method. It is pointed out that the root cause of academic power is the conflict between the genetic attributes of the university and the social environment. The fourth chapter puts forward the way to realize the academic power of university. The realization of academic power consists of metaphysics and metaphysics. The way of metaphysics points out from the philosophical point of view that maintaining and neutralizing in conflict is the fundamental way to realize the academic power of the university, and the way of metaphysics puts forward a concrete strategy for strengthening the academic power of the university from institutional governance to cultural governance. The conclusion points out that universities should draw nutrients from their social environment and should not only maintain tradition but also change according to the situation. The decline of academic power stems from various conflicts in the power system, and the realization of academic power depends on the conflicts in the system. The key is to control the degree of conflict, that is, to neutralize it.
