作始也简,其成也巨——武汉大学校史前段管窥

【摘要】：湖广总督张之洞于19世纪末叶所创办的两湖书院、自强学堂、湖北总师范等,为1913年建立的国立武昌高等师范学校的源头,而国立武昌高等师范学校又为1928年成立的国立武汉大学的直接源头,因此武汉大学校史前段追溯至19世纪末叶确证无误。自强学堂已开始具备近代高校性质,而方言学堂则为自强学堂变名,并于1913年重办,定名为武昌高等师范学校。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 19th century, Huguang Governor Zhang Zhidong established the two Lake Academy, the Self-strengthening School, and the Hubei General normal School, which were the source of the National Wuchang normal School, which was established in 1913. The National Wuchang normal School is the direct source of the National Wuhan University, which was established in 1928, so the history of Wuhan University dates back to the end of the 19th century. Ziqiang School has begun to have the nature of modern colleges and universities, while the dialect School has changed its name. It was re-run in 1913 and named Wuchang higher normal School.
