学习习惯和意志力因素与独立学院学生学习能力及效果的相关性分析

【摘要】：非智力因素的发展是大学生素质全面发展的重要组成部分,对独立学院学生完成学业、积累知识、明辨是非、塑造健全的人格具有重要作用。非智力因素对大学生的学习与成长过程起着重要的作用。本文重点选择大学生学习习惯和意志力两个因素进行分析,调查结果显示,独立学院学生学习习惯和意志力,虽然有极少数指标较高,但是整体指标偏低。加强独立学院学生良好学习习惯的培养和坚定意志力的锤炼对学生成长成才意义重大。
[Abstract]:The development of non-intelligence factors is an important part of the all-round development of college students' quality. It plays an important role in the independent college students to complete their studies, accumulate knowledge, distinguish between right and wrong, and shape a sound personality. Non-intelligence factors play an important role in the learning and growth of college students. This paper focuses on two factors of college students' study habit and willpower. The results show that although there are a few high indexes, the overall index is low. It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of good study habits and firm willpower of independent college students.
