基于领导力理论的二级学院院长领导力研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化、信息时代的到来,使得人们处于“变化是当今唯一不变的主题”的变革年代,领导环境发生了天翻地覆的变化,越来越多的人们将组织的成功归结为领导力这个关键因素。当前我国学院制回归的大背景、高等教育内涵式发展、二级学院工作的顺利开展等都对二级学院院长领导力提出了新要求、新挑战。本文围绕领导力理论、二级学院、学院院长三个关键要素展开,,以期给相关研究提供有益借鉴。本文的具体结构安排如下: 首先梳理了领导力研究的相关背景、研究意义、国内外研究动态以及本论文的研究思路和方法。其次是本研究的理论支撑和领导力理论的概述:领导力理论发展概述、领导力定义、中国科学院领导力五力模型。再次是对二级学院院长领导力有效实施的情境因素,也就是二级学院组织管理特性进行了分析:学院制的本质属性、类型,学院设置的原则,我国二级学院的组织结构、领导体制。根据领导力理论以及二级学院组织管理特性,二级学院院长领导力模型主要的构成要素有:教育理念、以专业知识与管理知识为显著特征的基本素质、学术道德与学术伦理、工作激情、管理智慧、战略管理、关系管理、决策管理、规范管理。二级学院院长领导力模型为我们科学、全面分析院长领导力存在的问题提供了理论依据与分析思路。最后,提出了二级学院院长领导力提升对策。运用理、才、德、情、谋提升二级学院院长感召力;以声誉资本为核心价值导向提升二级学院院长前瞻力;基于中国文化提升二级学院院长影响力;实施“借智、增智”工程提升二级学院院长决策力;运用“科学管理”提升二级学院院长控制力。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the arrival of the information age, people are in the era of "change is the only constant theme", and the leadership environment has changed dramatically. A growing number of people attribute organizational success to leadership as a key factor. At present, the great background of the return of college system in our country, the connotation development of higher education and the smooth development of the work of the secondary college have all put forward new requirements and new challenges to the leadership of the dean of the secondary college. This paper focuses on three key elements: leadership theory, secondary college and dean of college, in order to provide useful reference for relevant research. The specific structure of this paper is as follows: firstly, the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research trends and the research ideas and methods of this paper are combed. The second is the theoretical support of this study and the overview of leadership theory: the development of leadership theory, leadership definition, the leadership of the Chinese Academy of Sciences five-force model. Thirdly, it analyzes the situation factors of the effective implementation of the leadership of the dean of the secondary college, that is, the organizational management characteristics of the secondary college: the essential attributes of the college system, the types, the principles of the establishment of the college, the organizational structure of the secondary college in our country. Leadership system According to the theory of leadership and the characteristics of organization and management of secondary colleges, the main elements of the leadership model are: educational idea, basic qualities characterized by professional knowledge and management knowledge, academic morality and academic ethics. Passion, management intelligence, strategic management, relationship management, decision management, normative management. The leadership model provides a theoretical basis and an analytical idea for us to analyze the problems of deans' leadership in a scientific and comprehensive way. In the end, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the leadership of the second-level college deans. Use reason, talent, morality, feeling, seek to enhance the appeal of the dean of the secondary college; promote the foresight ability of the dean of the secondary school with reputation capital as the core value; enhance the influence of the dean of the second grade college based on Chinese culture; implement "borrow wisdom," To enhance the decision-making ability of the dean of the second-level college and to use the scientific management to enhance the control power of the dean of the second-level college.
