大学生思想政治教育中的情绪智力研究

【摘要】：情绪智力是人们对自己或他人情绪的认知和应对能力,包括：对自己和他人情绪的感知能力；对自己情绪的表达能力；整合情绪的能力,即对情绪的理解和对情绪的控制能力;管理情绪的能力,即自我激励、抗压的能力等。本文以情绪智力与思想政治教育的关系为切入点,对思想政治教育与情绪智力理论结合的必要性、可行性和现实意义进行理论探讨。试图在理论上拓展思想政治教育的方法,以在实践中增强思想政治教育的实效性。在充分掌握相关文献资料的基础上,对之分析、归纳和整合,做到对问题的深入研究。本文的写作大致是：文献综述—理论分析—实践路径,具体如下第一部分主要是为本研究问题的提出做背景介绍,对国内外情绪智力的相关研究文献进行收集整理并综述。并在此基础上,提出本研究的现实意义。第二部分包括两方面的内容,首先是情绪智力理论的核心观点说明,其次是情绪智力理论与高校思想政治教育结合的必要性、可行性和积极意义的理论阐述。笔者试图综合运用思想政治教育学、心理学、情绪心理学以及管理学的有关知识.实现本研究的理论创新。第三部分笔者将提出在大学生思想政治教育实际中,尝试依托思想政治教育的三个基本方法：理论灌输法、自我教育法和实践锻炼法,对大学生分别从学校教育、自我教育、实践教育三个方面进行情绪智力教育。
[Abstract]:Emotional intelligence is the cognitive and coping ability of people to themselves or others' emotions, including the ability to perceive themselves and others' emotions, the ability to express their own emotions, the ability to integrate emotions, that is, the ability to understand and control emotions. Ability to manage emotions, namely self-motivation, anti-stress, etc. Based on the relationship between emotional intelligence and ideological and political education, this paper discusses the necessity, feasibility and practical significance of the combination of ideological and political education and emotional intelligence theory. This paper attempts to expand the methods of ideological and political education in theory in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in practice. On the basis of fully mastering the relevant literature, the author analyzes, induces and integrates it, and makes a thorough study of the problem. The writing of this paper is roughly: literature review-theoretical analysis-practice path, as follows: the first part is a background introduction to the question of this research. To collect and summarize the related research literature of emotional intelligence at home and abroad. On this basis, the paper puts forward the practical significance of this study. The second part includes two aspects: firstly, the core viewpoint of emotional intelligence theory, and secondly, the necessity, feasibility and positive significance of the combination of emotional intelligence theory and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The author tries to apply the knowledge of ideological and political education, psychology, emotional psychology and management. To realize the theoretical innovation of this study. In the third part, the author puts forward three basic methods of ideological and political education: theoretical indoctrination, self-education and practical exercise. Three aspects of practical education for emotional intelligence education.
