K校普研课堂教学质量学生评教指标体系研究

【摘要】:在当今这个以人才为本的社会,严峻的竞争形势把我们的目光不由自主地聚焦到当代人才的教育上,而研究生的教育恰恰是目前阶段教育的重中之重。高校中最要紧的任务是教学,教学质量是高校存在和持续的基础。而教学的根本组成部分是课堂教学,这也导致了目前许多学者都致力于提高教学质量的研究上。同时引出了另一个急切的问题:如何能够让我们的高等教育得到保证?高校教学质量保障体系中的最根本的重点是学生评价课堂,它直接影响着高校培育学生的程度和质量。学生对教师教学质量的评价称为学生评教,国外简称学生评教为“SET”。作为高校教学质量保障体系中举足轻重的一项制度,学生评教是最能反映教师教学质量高低的、最有成效的评价手段。而具有科学性和可操作性的评价指标体系是影响学生评教顺利进行的关键要素,因此构建符合学生水平的评教指标体系是学生评教工作顺利完成的先决条件。学生评教指标体系如果缺乏科学性,评教的结果可能南辕北辙,严重挫伤教师的积极性。 本文最开始分析了K校课堂教学质量学生评教指标体系的现状,从目前K校学生评教指标体系的不足之处入手,在当前国内外的研究理论的基础上初步拟定出新的学生评教指标体系。在设计调查问卷的时候,运用关键要素调查法选取K校130名普研学生,对其进行问卷发放和问卷回收工作,经过计算后,筛除得分低的指标,筛选出优质的学生评教指标,确定学生评教指标体系。然后运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并结合之前所构建的学生评教指标体系设计教师教学质量量化测评问卷,对K校教师的课堂教学质量通过模糊综合评价法进行评价。最终,结合上述内容得出K校评教指标体系的结论并对其提出展望。 本文是在研究K校目前的学生评教指标体系的基础上提出改进意见,在理论及实践意义上都有一定的指导作用。在加强高校教学管理及推动教学改革方面,有很大的示范作用;在推动发展教师的教学技能、提高教学质量方面,有积极的指导作用;在提高学生认知评价和规范教学评价方面,有直接的教育意义。与此同时,在前沿理论方面本研究也竭力争取有所创新和延伸。
[Abstract]:In today's talent oriented society, the severe competition situation unavoidably focuses our attention on the education of contemporary talents, and the education of graduate students is the most important part of education at present stage. Teaching is the most important task in colleges and universities, and teaching quality is the foundation of its existence and continuity. The fundamental component of teaching is classroom teaching, which has led many scholars to improve the quality of teaching research. It also raises another pressing question: how can our higher education be guaranteed? The most fundamental emphasis of the guarantee system of teaching quality in colleges and universities is the classroom evaluation of students, which directly affects the degree and quality of cultivating students in colleges and universities. Students' evaluation of teachers' teaching quality is called students' evaluation of teaching, and foreign students' evaluation of teaching is called "SET". As an important system in the guarantee system of teaching quality in colleges and universities, students' evaluation of teaching is the most effective and effective means to reflect teachers' teaching quality. The scientific and operable evaluation index system is the key factor to affect the smooth progress of students' evaluation of teaching, so it is a prerequisite for the successful completion of students' evaluation of teaching to construct an index system of evaluation of teaching in accordance with the level of students. If the index system of students' evaluation of teaching is not scientific, the result of teaching evaluation may be diametrically opposite and seriously dampen the enthusiasm of teachers. This paper begins with the analysis of the present situation of the evaluation index system of K school students' teaching quality, starting with the deficiency of the present system of K school students' evaluation of teaching. On the basis of current domestic and foreign research theories, a new index system of students' evaluation of teaching is drawn up. In the design of the questionnaire, 130 students from K school were selected by the key factor survey method, and the questionnaire was distributed and recovered. After the calculation, the index of low score was sifted out, and the high quality students' evaluation index of teaching was screened out. Determine the index system of students' evaluation of teaching. Then using AHP to determine the weight of the index, combined with the previous student evaluation index system to design the quantitative evaluation questionnaire of teachers' teaching quality, and evaluate the classroom teaching quality of K school teachers by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the conclusion of K school evaluation index system is obtained and the prospect is put forward. On the basis of studying the current evaluation index system of students in K school, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement, which has a certain guiding function in both theory and practice. It plays an important role in strengthening teaching management and promoting teaching reform in colleges and universities, promoting teachers' teaching skills and improving teaching quality. It has direct educational significance in improving students' cognitive evaluation and standardizing teaching evaluation. At the same time, this research also strives for innovation and extension in frontier theory.
