我国民办高校招生困境及对策研究

【摘要】：本文主要论述了民办高校出现招生困境问题及原因,对于民办高校的招生困境的解决办法提出一些建议。笔者发现现在民办教育主要处在由民办教育、公办教育和外国教育构成的市场竞争结构中,三者各有优势和劣势,也各有发展的机遇和挑战。近年来,我国民办高校不仅在数量不断扩大,而且在教学水平和质量实现了质的飞跃。民办高校的飞速发展,学术界给予了越来越高度关注和研究,但是在众多的研究论文中却很少有关于民办高校提高社会声誉和认同感问题的研究,在当前日益激烈的高等教育竞争的背景下,全面的研究民办高校提高社会声誉和认同感问题,显得十分的重要。民办教育的优势在于办学的自主性,可以根据就业市场和家长的需求设置专业和课程,可以在其它两种教育的弱势市场上多下功夫。民办教育目前遇到了巨大的生源危机,包括民办教学多年来重视招生轻视教学质量的原因。作者还分析了造成民办教育劣势的内外部原因,比如民办高校很难获得国家金融支持,只有依靠学生学费来维持正常运转。由于资金缺乏和管理意识落后,民办高校多不注意教师队伍建设,导致教师质量不高,最终导致其教学质量很难保证。解决生源困境的关键是民办高校自己应该提高教学质量,外塑形象,根据市场来进行招生策划,国家和社会给予支持和照顾。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the problems and causes of enrollment dilemma in private colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the difficulties of recruiting students in private colleges and universities. The author finds that the private education is mainly in the market competition structure composed of private education, public education and foreign education. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages, as well as opportunities and challenges for its development. In recent years, private colleges and universities in China have not only expanded in number, but also achieved a qualitative leap in the level and quality of teaching. With the rapid development of private colleges and universities, the academic circles pay more and more attention to them. However, in many research papers, there are few researches on how to improve the social reputation and identity of private colleges and universities. Under the background of the increasingly fierce competition of higher education, it is very important to study the issue of improving social reputation and identity in private colleges and universities. The advantage of private education lies in the autonomy of running a school. It can set up majors and courses according to the needs of the job market and parents, and make more efforts in the weak market of the other two kinds of education. At present, private education is confronted with a huge crisis of students, including the reasons why private education pays attention to enrollment and despises teaching quality for many years. The author also analyzes the internal and external reasons for the disadvantages of private education, such as private colleges and universities are difficult to obtain financial support from the state, and only rely on student tuition to maintain their normal operation. Due to the lack of funds and backward management consciousness, private colleges and universities do not pay much attention to the construction of teachers, which leads to the low quality of teachers and the difficulty to guarantee the quality of teaching. The key to solve the dilemma of students is that private colleges and universities should improve the quality of teaching, shape their image, plan enrollment according to the market, and support and take care of by the state and society.
