个人能力、家庭背景及学校培养对大学生就业影响研究——来自苏皖渝2015届毕业生的调查

【摘要】：高等教育人才培养滞后于劳动力市场需求深刻影响着大学生的就业状况。针对苏皖渝三地2015届高校本专科毕业生就业状况的统计分析发现,毕业生工作实际起薪与尚未落实工作的毕业生预期起薪存在较大差异,毕业生普遍创业意识不强,同时经济发达地区对毕业生的集聚优势明显。通过进一步统计分析发现,毕业生个人能力和家庭背景影响其就业质量和预期。此外,高校人才培养中专业设置、课程设置、教学组织、考试评价及就业指导服务环节对毕业生就业质量和预期具有一定影响。学校层面的变革才是促进毕业生就业的关键性选择,高校人才培养各环节要适应劳动力市场变化,建立就业导向的人才培养模式。
[Abstract]:The talent training of higher education lags behind the demand of labor market and affects the employment situation of college students deeply. Based on the statistical analysis of the employment situation of the 2015 college graduates in Jiangsu, Anhui and Chongqing, it is found that the actual starting salary of graduates is quite different from the expected starting salary of graduates who have not yet implemented their work, and the general sense of entrepreneurship of graduates is not strong. At the same time, the economic development area to graduate agglomeration advantage is obvious. Through further statistical analysis, it is found that graduates' personal ability and family background affect their employment quality and expectation. In addition, the professional setting, course setting, teaching organization, examination evaluation and employment guidance service have certain influence on the graduates' employment quality and expectation. The reform at the school level is the key choice to promote the graduates' employment. In order to adapt to the changes of the labor market and establish the employment-oriented talent training mode, the talents cultivation in colleges and universities should be adapted to the changes in the labor market.
