【摘要】：正十八大围绕全面建成小康社会的目标,基于"五位一体"的总布局提出了一系列新的重大命题,落实到教育上,最主要的就是"教育现代化基本实现"。高等教育现代化,是其当然的意涵。(一)现代化命题:从面向到基本实现现代化国家需要现代化高等教育的支撑,现代化的高等教育也需要现代化国家为依托。十八大报告对教育的重要论述,是对《教育规划纲要》的凝练、丰富
[Abstract]:Focusing on the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a series of new and important propositions based on the overall layout of "five in one". The modernization of higher education is its natural implication. (1) the proposition of modernization: from facing to realizing modernization, modern higher education needs the support of modern higher education, and modern higher education also needs the support of modern country. The important exposition on education in the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC is a condensing and enriching of the outline of the Education Program.
