当代大学生社会责任感存在的问题与对策

【摘要】：《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》指出,要对大学生加强理想信念教育,加强世界观、人生观和价值观教育,“使大学生正确认识社会发展规律,认识国家的前途命运,认识自己的社会责任"。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》提出,教育改革发展的战略主题的核心包括“着力提高学生服务国家服务人民的社会责任感”。胡锦涛在纪念清华大学建校一百周年讲话中强调“全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持育人为本、德育为先、能力为重、全面发展,着力增强学生服务国家服务人民的社会责任感”。按照党中央的要求,帮助大学生解决社会责任感方面的问题,引导大学生树立强烈的社会责任感,是当代大学生思想政治教育的重要课题。 本文从实际出发对这一课题进行了较为深入的探讨。除导论外,全文分为三个部分。第一部分,论述提高当代大学生社会责任感的重要性：有助于完善大学生的人格；有助于增强大学生的能力；有助于大学生成长成才。第二部分,分析目前大学生社会责任感方面存在的问题及原因。本文认为,目前大学生社会责任感存在以下主要问题：部分大学生重个人私利,轻社会责任；部分大学生缺乏社会责任意识；部分大学生言行不一致。导致这些问题的原因主要有：社会生活中负面因素的影响；高校对大学生责任感教育不力；家庭教育观念和方式不当；同辈群体潜移默化的不良影响；大学生自身因素的影响。第三部分,提出解决大学生社会责任感问题的对策：高校应加强大学生社会责任感教育；充分发挥家庭在培养大学生社会责任感中的作用；增强大学生同辈群体的良性互动,强化大学生社会责任感；政府应大力开展工作促使大学生社会责任感的养成；提高大学生对社会责任感的认识,充分发挥其主体能动性。

In accordance with the requirements of the CPC Central Committee, it is an important task for the ideological and political education of contemporary college students to help college students solve the problems of social responsibility and guide them to establish a strong sense of social responsibility. This article starts from the actual situation to carry on the thorough discussion to this subject. In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the importance of improving the sense of social responsibility of contemporary college students: help to improve the personality of college students; help to enhance the ability of college students; help college students grow and become talented. The second part analyzes the problems and reasons of college students' social responsibility. The author thinks that the main problems of college students' social responsibility are as follows: some college students attach great importance to personal self-interest rather than social responsibility; some college students lack the sense of social responsibility; some college students do not accord with their words and deeds. The main causes of these problems are: the negative factors in social life; the lack of sense of responsibility education in colleges and universities; improper family education ideas and ways; the negative impact of the same generation groups imperceptibly; the influence of college students' own factors. The third part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of college students' social responsibility: colleges and universities should strengthen the education of college students' social responsibility give full play to the role of family in cultivating college students' social responsibility; The government should work hard to promote the cultivation of college students' social responsibility, improve their understanding of social responsibility and give full play to their subjective initiative.
