高等教育评估多元化研究

【摘要】:正高等教育评估是对高等教育教学、科研创新、学科专业建设等工作作出客观的评价和鉴定的过程,对高等教育起诊断、导向、激励和监督作用,是教育主管部门对高等教育进行宏观管理、监控和引导其发展的重要依据。为了更好地发挥评估对教育工作的诊断、选优与导向作用,适应现代高等教育的多功能、多目标、多类型、多层次特点,高等教育的评估主体、评估目的、评估标准和评估模式等呈现多元化发展趋势。一、高等教育评估主体的多元化从我国以及欧美发达国家的经验来看,高等教育评估主体随着社会经济的发展变化,呈现出多元化发展。目前,高等教育的评估主体主要有教育行
