数学师范生教学实践能力发展研究

【摘要】:师范教育的好坏关键在于教学实践活动开展的如何。本文的研究对象是温州大学数本师范生,主要通过考察他们的教育实习、微格教学、见习及师范技能比赛等教学实践活动来研究数学师范生教学实践能力的发展。 本研究主要内容如下:⑴数学师范生在教育实习中教学实践能力发展的现状;⑵数学师范生教学实践能力发展的主要途径;⑶通过部分优秀数学师范生职前成长的经历,考察影响师范生教学实践能力发展的积极因素和消极因素。 研究发现,目前数学师范生教学实践能力发展的状况不甚理想,,教育实习基地缺乏和实习指导教师指导不利成为制约数学师范生教学实践能力发展的瓶颈;规范化的师范实践课程有助于师范生教学实践能力的发展,而辅导班等课外实践形式在促进教学实践能力发展上成效甚微。 本研究的见解有:⑴提出教师性格基础概念,并分为“控制型”和“圆滑型”两类,指出教师性格对教学实践能力的影响;⑵提出“数学理解力迁移”概念,用以分析数学专业知识与教学实践能力的相关性。⑶用动机理论分析师范生教学实践能力的发展。 由于数学学科本身的特性,数学师范生的教学实践与一般的教学实践有所不同。在教学实践中,师范生应努力把理论与实践整合。要切实提高数学师范生的教学实践能力,需要学校、指导教师、师范生三者的共同努力。学校要加大投入,合理利用有限资源;指导教师应对中小学教学有深入的了解,并与师范生多沟通;师范生应学会自主学习、合作学习进行教学实践。希望今后有更多的研究能从教育心理学的角度去审视我们的师范实践教学。
[Abstract]:The key to teacher education is how to carry out teaching practice. The research object of this paper is numerical normal students of Wenzhou University. The development of teaching practice ability of mathematics normal students is studied by investigating their teaching practice activities such as educational practice, micro-teaching, apprenticeship and teacher skills competition. The main contents of this study are as follows: (1) the present situation of the development of teaching practice ability of mathematics normal students in education practice, (2) the main ways of the development of mathematics normal students' teaching practice ability; (3) through the experience of pre-service growth of some excellent mathematics normal students, this paper investigates the positive and negative factors that affect the development of teaching practice ability of normal students. It is found that the current situation of the development of mathematics normal students' teaching practice ability is not ideal, and the lack of teaching practice base and the disadvantage of practice guidance teachers have become the bottleneck to restrict the development of mathematics normal students' teaching practice ability. Standardized teachers' practice curriculum is helpful to the development of normal students' teaching practice ability, while extra-curricular practice forms such as tutoring classes have little effect on promoting the development of teaching practice ability. The opinions of this study are as follows: (1) the basic concept of teacher's character is put forward, which is divided into two types: "control type" and "smooth type", pointing out the influence of teacher's character on teaching practice ability; (2) the concept of "transfer of mathematical understanding power" is put forward to analyze the correlation between mathematics specialty knowledge and teaching practice ability. 3. The development of teaching practice ability of normal college students is analyzed with motivation theory. Due to the characteristics of mathematics itself, the teaching practice of mathematics normal students is different from that of general teaching practice. In teaching practice, normal students should make great efforts to integrate theory and practice. In order to improve the teaching practice ability of mathematics normal students, it is necessary to work together by schools, teachers and normal students. Schools should increase investment and make rational use of limited resources, guide teachers to have in-depth understanding of primary and secondary school teaching and communicate with normal students, normal students should learn to learn autonomous learning, cooperative learning to carry out teaching practice. Hope to have more research in the future from the perspective of educational psychology to examine our teacher training practice teaching.
