美国中小学教师在职进修的研究

【摘要】:随着时代的发展,人们越来越认识到基础教育的质量对人的发展所起到的重要作用,而教育的质量在很大程度上取决于教师的质量,教师质量地提高在很大程度上是通过教师在职进修实现的,所以如何通过教师在职进修水平的提高来提高教师的质量成了教育界讨论的热点话题。我国中小学教师在职进修在几十年地发展中取得了一些成就,但是也暴露出一些问题,主要表现为教师的进修目的不明确,进修内容陈旧,进修形式单调,进修评价方式单一等。暴露出的问题阻碍了我国中小学教师在职进修的发展与完善,而美国作为教育发展比较迅速的国家,在中小学教师在职进修方面取得了一定的成效,形成了一定的特色,所以研究美国中小学教师的在职进修可以为我国提供借鉴和启示,促进我国中小学教师在职进修的进一步发展。本文主要通过文献资料法以及历史研究法对美国中小学教师在职进修进行全面系统地研究,总结其经验和特点,同时对我国中小学教师在职进修的现状以及存在的问题进行反思,并提出可供我国借鉴的启示,以促进我国中小学教师在职进修的改革与完善。 本文主要分为三大部分:第一部分为绪论,主要介绍了本研究的选题缘由、研究意义以及研究方法,并对国内外的相关文献进行分类综述,进而对美国中小学、教师、教师在职进修进行概念界定;第二部分是对美国中小学教师在职进修的研究进行系统的论述,首先对影响美国中小学教师在职进修的理论基础即终身教育理论、教师专业发展理论以及师资培训三阶段理论进行概述,以帮助我们了解美国中小学教师在职进修的内部动力;其次,对美国中小学教师在职进修的发展历程进行梳理并概括其每阶段的特点,了解其发展趋势;再次,从宏观上对美国中小学教师在职进修的保障性措施进行详细的分析,包括法律保障、制度建设以及资金支持,从中得出可供我国借鉴的经验;本部分的重点是从进修目的、进修方式、进修内容以及进修评价方式方面对美国中小学教师在职进修的具体实施进行详细论述,并总结其发展特点;第三部分为借鉴与启示部分,主要通过以上对美国中小学教师在职进修具体实施的论述结合我国存在的问题,提出五点启示,为我国中小学教师在职进修的完善与发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, people are more and more aware that the quality of basic education plays an important role in the development of human beings, and the quality of education depends to a large extent on the quality of teachers. To a great extent, the improvement of teachers' quality is achieved through on-the-job learning of teachers, so how to improve the quality of teachers through the improvement of teachers'in-service learning level has become a hot topic in the field of education. The on-the-job learning of primary and secondary school teachers in China has made some achievements in the development of several decades, but it has also exposed some problems, mainly due to the unclear aims of the teachers, the outdated contents and the monotonous form of learning. The way of further study evaluation is single and so on. The problems exposed hinder the development and perfection of in-service education for primary and secondary school teachers in China, and the United States, as a country with rapid development of education, has made certain achievements and formed certain characteristics in the aspect of on-the-job learning of primary and secondary school teachers. Therefore, the research on-the-job training of American primary and secondary school teachers can provide reference and enlightenment for our country, and promote the further development of in-service learning of primary and secondary school teachers. This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers in the United States through the methods of literature and historical research, and summarizes its experience and characteristics. At the same time, the present situation and existing problems of in-service learning of primary and secondary school teachers in China are reconsidered, and the enlightenment that can be used for reference to promote the reform and perfection of in-service learning of primary and secondary school teachers in China is put forward. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the reason, significance and research methods of this research, and classifies the relevant literature at home and abroad, and then to the American primary and secondary schools, teachers, The concept of in-service education for teachers is defined; The second part is a systematic study on in-service learning of American primary and secondary school teachers. Firstly, the theoretical foundation of in-service learning of American primary and secondary school teachers, that is, the theory of life-long education, is discussed. The theory of teacher professional development and the three-stage theory of teacher training are summarized in order to help us understand the internal motivation of in-service learning of primary and secondary school teachers in the United States. Secondly, it combs the development course of American primary and middle school teachers'in-service learning, summarizes the characteristics of each stage, and understands its development trend. Thirdly, it makes a detailed analysis of the safeguard measures of American primary and middle school teachers'on-the-job education, including legal protection, system construction and financial support, from which we can draw some experience for reference in our country. The emphasis of this part is to discuss in detail the implementation of in-service training of American primary and secondary school teachers from the aspects of learning purpose, learning methods, contents and evaluation methods, and summarize its development characteristics. The third part is to draw lessons from and enlighten the part, mainly through above to the American primary and middle school teacher in-service education concrete implementation discussion unifies our country existence question, puts forward five enlightenments, It provides reference for the improvement and development of in-service education of primary and secondary school teachers in China.
