医学生职业能力调查及其影响因素分析

【摘要】：通过实证研究,了解福建某高等医学院校1 141名医学生的职业能力及其影响因素。调查发现,医学生职业能力总体情况处于中等水平(2.85±0.45);在引入的9个自变量中,医学生对所学专业的了解程度对其职业能力的影响最大,其次是学习和生活的适应情况以及对未来职业的认识情况。医学生职业能力培养要坚持理论灌输与实践操作相结合;要坚持因材施教与分类指导相结合;要坚持尊重教学规律与创新方法相结合,积极推进以职业能力为导向的评价方式。
[Abstract]:Through empirical study, the vocational ability and its influencing factors of 1141 medical students in a medical college in Fujian Province were investigated. It is found that the overall situation of vocational ability of medical students is at the middle level (2.85 卤0.45). Among the nine independent variables introduced, the degree of understanding of the major they have learned has the greatest influence on their vocational ability, followed by the adaptation of study and life and the understanding of the future occupation. The training of medical students' vocational ability should adhere to the combination of theoretical indoctrination and practical operation, the combination of teaching according to their aptitude and classified guidance, the combination of respecting teaching laws and innovative methods, and actively promoting the evaluation mode guided by professional ability.
