基于Zemax和Tracepro软件光源聚光结构设计与研究

【摘要】:物理光学实验采用的白光光源不仅耗能很大,而且容易出现灯箱温度过高、因光强衰减无法实验等问题。该文设计了一种光源聚光结构,它是由球面反射镜与透镜组组成,可以有效地将光源发出的光线聚集到实验系统中。首先,在Zemax软件中建立和优化光学系统模型,兼顾成本与制造工艺确定光学参数;然后,在Tracepro软件中建立一个加载聚光结构的灯箱模型,通过模拟光源发光,得到观察面上的照度增强至3.5倍。这说明聚光结构能够有效地提升光源利用率,并使低功率光源代替高功率光源成为可能。
[Abstract]:The white light source used in physical optical experiment not only consumes a lot of energy, but also tends to have the problem of high temperature of lamp box, which can not be tested because of the attenuation of light intensity. In this paper, a light source focusing structure is designed, which is composed of spherical mirror and lens group, which can effectively gather the light emitted by the light source into the experimental system. Firstly, the optical system model is established and optimized in Zemax software, and the optical parameters are determined by taking into account the cost and manufacturing process. Then, a lamp box model loaded with concentrated structure is established in Tracepro software, and the illuminance on the observation surface is enhanced to 3.5 times by simulating the light source luminous. This shows that the focusing structure can effectively improve the utilization rate of light source and make it possible for low power light source to replace high power light source.
