留法中国学生的适应性因素调查:情绪调节、社会支持和文化适应应激

留学生的跨文化适应一直是研究热点,中国留学生常常遭遇的跨文化适应难题包括语言关、学习关、信息滞后、经济条件、心理问题比如跨文化交际困难以及歧视等。 中国自清末以来一直源源不断地向外输送留学生,五四运动后的留法勤工俭学运动更是吸引了大批留学生前往法国。如今,法国已经成为留学生接纳大国之一,越来越多的中国学生前往求学。而有关留法中国学生的跨文化适应状况研究并不多见。 本文从跨文化交际学角度出发,以留法中国学生为研究对象,提出了以下研究问题:(1)社会支持和文化适应应激及文化适应水平有何关系(2)情绪调节策略和文化适应应激及文化适应水平有何关系(3)个人情况,如性别,年龄,法语水平等,对文化适应应激及文化适应水平有何影响 本文采用了Berry的二维文化适应策略模式,来研究留法中国学生的情绪调节,文化适应应激,社会支持以及跨文化适应水平的关系。作者使用定量分析方法,对132个调研对象进行分析,使用SPSS统计学软件对数据进行了信度分析,相关分析,方差分析和回归分析。 主要分析结果包括(1)性别,在法时间,攻读学位,年龄,经济状况,婚姻状况,课程语言,工作经验和民族都对调研对象的在法适应情况产生影响;(2)个人所获社会支持和情绪调节的认知重评策略呈正相关关系;情绪调节的表达抑制策略和个人从朋友处所获社会支持呈负相关关系,和文化适应应激呈正相关关系;(3)文化适应应激和文化适应水平和个人法语水平呈负相关关系;个人法语水平和文化适应水平呈正相关关系。(4)表达抑制策略和文化适应水平两个因素可以预测文化适应应激,而文化适应应激可以预测文化适应水平。
