【摘要】:大学生就业问题是目前的热点问题之一,而大学生就业歧视加剧了大学生就业问题。现在大学生面临毕业即失业的现状。相关调查显示大学生在就业中遭受就业歧视的比率高达74%。大学生是接受国家高等教育的宝贵资源,是国家人才的重要来源,就业歧视造成了资源的浪费。就业歧视阻碍就业的公平,不利于人才的配置和流通,会影响社会观念和大学生就业理念,甚至影响社会稳定。因此结合国内外就业歧视理论和调查分析,对我国大学生就业歧视进行归纳总结,分析其产生其原因和影响,提出相应的对策对于促进我国大学生就业,合理配置人力资源,促进社会稳定和经济发展具有重要的意义。 本文研究的主要问题是从中国大学生就业存在的主要问题出发,以大学生就业歧视问题为研究对象,通过经济学理论和社会学理论分析大学生就业歧视问题。首先通过对四川的几所高校调查统计分析,归纳总结了最常见的几种就业歧视类型,并分别对其进行了解释;分别分析了就业歧视对大学生个人、家庭和社会造成的危害和影响;紧接着分析了大学生就业歧视产生的原因,从整体就业市场以及用人单位选拔人才形式的大环境分析就业歧视的产生,而后采用贝克尔经济学理论、菲尔普斯模型、社会学理论等详细分析了具体类型就业歧视产生的原因,为后续对策制定提供了支持;最后本文给出了相应的对策,指出应该树立男女平等的思想,积极推进户籍制度改革,坚持教育和择业的公平性,高等教育应该转变传统的教学模式,用人单位应该履行自身的社会责任,政府应该加强相关法律法规的建设,同时媒体做好对就业观念的引导,单一的措施不足以消除就业歧视问题,需要多途径相结合的形式。 本文的研究为分析中国大学生就业歧视存在的根源,存在的主要形式,消除中国大学生就业歧视问题有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students is one of the hot issues at present. But the university student employment discrimination has aggravated the university student employment question. Now the university student faces the graduation namely the unemployment present situation. The related investigation indicated that the university student suffers the employment discrimination rate as high as 74. The university student is the receiving country. Is a valuable resource for higher education. It is an important source of national talents, employment discrimination causes waste of resources. Employment discrimination hinders the fairness of employment, is not conducive to the allocation and circulation of talent, will affect the social concept and college students' employment concept. Even affects the social stability. Therefore, combined with domestic and foreign employment discrimination theory and investigation and analysis, the employment discrimination of college students in China is summarized, and its causes and effects are analyzed. It is of great significance to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the employment of college students in our country, allocate human resources rationally, and promote social stability and economic development. The main problem of this paper is to start from the main problems of employment of college students in China, and take the employment discrimination of college students as the research object. Through the economic theory and sociological theory to analyze the employment discrimination of college students. First, through the investigation and statistical analysis of several universities in Sichuan, summarized the most common types of employment discrimination. And explain it respectively; The harm and influence of employment discrimination on college students' individual, family and society are analyzed respectively. Then it analyzes the causes of employment discrimination of college students, analyzes the emergence of employment discrimination from the overall employment market and the general environment of talent selection by employers, and then adopts Becker's economic theory. Phelps model, sociological theory and so on have analyzed the causes of the specific types of employment discrimination in detail, and provided the support for the following countermeasures; Finally, this paper gives the corresponding countermeasures, pointing out that we should set up the idea of gender equality, actively promote the reform of the household registration system, adhere to the fairness of education and career selection, higher education should change the traditional teaching model. Employers should perform their own social responsibility, the government should strengthen the construction of relevant laws and regulations, and the media should guide the concept of employment, a single measure is not enough to eliminate employment discrimination. A combination of multiple ways is needed. The research in this paper is of great significance for the analysis of the root causes and main forms of employment discrimination among Chinese college students and the elimination of the problem of employment discrimination of Chinese college students.
