职业化视域下的高校辅导员队伍建设研究

【摘要】：大学生健康成长的引路人和指导者是高校辅导员,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量同样是高校辅导员。培养和教育社会主义事业合格可靠接班人和建设者,对高校辅导员的职业素质要求很高。随着社会形式的变化、发展,高等教育对辅导员队伍的整体素质的要求越来越高。全面推进高校辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化建设,提高这支队伍的整体素质,是当前高校学生工作必须高度重视并重点解决的课题,是全面维护高校稳定和有效提高大学生思想政治教育水平的长效机制和组织保证。本文以马克思主义理论为指导,遵循思想政治教育学科的基本理论,以当前高校辅导员队伍建设中存在的突出问题为主要切入点,在借鉴已有的研究成果的基础上,采用文献研究法、调查研究法、比较研究法等方法,通过对其原因的归纳和分析,提出高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的方略,并结合其理论基础和基本原则,对高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的工作途径进行了深入探索,为高校辅导员队伍建设提供了一条合理的发展思路。
[Abstract]:The guides and guides of the healthy growth of college students are university counselors, and the backbone of carrying out ideological and political education of college students is also college counselors. The cultivation and education of qualified and reliable successors and builders of socialist cause. With the change and development of the social form, the higher education demands the overall quality of the counselors more and more, and comprehensively promotes the professionalization of the counselors in colleges and universities. The construction of specialization and the improvement of the overall quality of this team are the subjects that must be highly valued and solved in the current work of students in colleges and universities. It is a long effective mechanism and organizational guarantee to maintain the stability of colleges and universities and effectively improve the level of ideological and political education of college students. Under the guidance of Marxist theory, this paper follows the basic theory of ideological and political education, and takes the outstanding problems existing in the construction of college counselors as the main breakthrough point. On the basis of the existing research results, using the methods of literature research, investigation research, comparative research and other methods, through the induction and analysis of its causes, this paper puts forward the professionalization of college counselors. The general plan of specialization construction, combined with its theory foundation and basic principle, has carried on the thorough exploration to the university counselor troop professionalization, the specialized construction work way. It provides a reasonable way of development for the construction of college counselors.
