辽宁省专业学位研究生教育的困境与出路

【摘要】：认为辽宁省专业学位研究生教育面临着结构欠缺完整性、学生规模小,管理体制有待改进,师资力量相对匮乏,教育对象质量参差不齐,培养环节有待完善的困境。提出了夯实专业学位研究生教育重要地位,以区域经济需要助推教育规模结构合理发展,理顺专业学位研究生教育管理体制,有效增强专业学位研究生教育师资力量,优化专业学位人才培养过程等措施。
[Abstract]:The author thinks that the professional degree graduate education in Liaoning Province is faced with the lack of structural integrity, the small scale of students, the need to improve the management system, the relative lack of teachers, and the uneven quality of educational objects. This paper puts forward the important position of tamping professional degree graduate education, promoting the rational development of education scale structure with regional economic needs, and straightening out the management system of professional degree graduate education. To effectively strengthen the professional graduate education faculty, optimize the process of professional degree personnel training and other measures.
