【摘要】:教学在本质上是一种伦理实践活动。在社会文化转型时期,大学教师的教学伦理观受到严重冲击,不可避免地影响着大学的教学质量。为提高大学教学质量,提升大学教学的伦理品性,构建教师教学伦理规范及其保障体系是刻不容缓的事情。 大学教师教学伦理是在大学教学活动的全部过程中,大学教师教学行为及其应如何处理各种关系的一种规范,是教学活动的应然性要求。大学教师在教学过程中要遵循促进学生发展的原则,一切为了每个学生的全面发展、充分发展和终身发展。 采用自编问卷从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、教学管理、师生关系、同侪关系等几个方面了解大学教师教学伦理现状,探寻大学教师教学伦理失范的原因。大学教师教学伦理失范主要表现为:教学伦理意识不清;教学目标疏离学生,其伦理性随着年龄和教育程度的不同而不同;忽视教学内容的恰当性,创新性不够;教学方式失当,没有考虑学生的主观能动性;教师在教学中随意散漫,表率作用不强;教师缺失关爱和公正,师生关系淡漠;教师之间协作不够,同侪关系疏离。导致这些状况的主要原因有:教师传统观念根深蒂固、教师责任感弱化、教师考评和激励制度不合理。 大学教师制定教学目标要尊重学生;选择教学内容要契合学生;在教学方式上遵循指导、激励和促进的伦理规范;课堂教学管理要遵循尽职尽责、以身立教的伦理规范;师生相处遵循民主平等、相互信任的伦理规范;同侪关系要遵循团结互助,良性竞争的伦理规范。 大学教师教学需要一系列的措施来保障伦理规范的共同遵守和内化。一是提升教师的教学德性。这就要加强教师的教学伦理教育,增强教师的教学责任意识,提高教师的主体意识;二是加强师生互动,促进师生交往和谐。需要大学教师明确自身角色,实现角色转换。在教学生活中培养高尚师德,美化人格。拓宽师生的交往途径;三是优化高校管理制度,改善工作环境。这就要通过完善教师考核和晋升制度,营造互助、团结协作的氛围来促进教师之间的同侪协作。
[Abstract]:Teaching is a kind of ethical practice in essence. In the social and cultural transition, University Teachers' Ethics under the serious impact, inevitably affect the teaching quality of the University. In order to improve the quality of university teaching, enhance the ethical character of university teaching, the construction of teachers' teaching ethics and security system is urgent.
University Teachers' teaching ethics is the process in the university teaching activities in University Teachers' teaching behavior and a specification of how to deal with various kinds of relations, is the necessity requirement of teaching activities. University teachers should follow the principle of promoting the development of students in the teaching process, all for each student's all-round development, full development and lifelong development.
By using a self-designed questionnaire from the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching management, teacher-student relationship, peer relationship and other aspects of a few understand the status quo of university teaching ethics, explore the University Teachers' Teaching Ethics Anomie. University Teachers' Teaching Ethics Anomie mainly as follows: the consciousness of teaching ethics is not clear; the teaching goal alienation of students, its ethics with the age and education level is different; the appropriateness of ignoring the teaching content, innovation is not enough; teaching methods properly, without considering the subjective initiative of students; teachers scattered random in the process of teaching, teachers' leading role is not strong; lack of love and justice, indifferent teacher-student relationship; peer relationship between teachers' collaboration is not enough, alienation. Main cause of these conditions are: Teachers' traditional idea is ingrained, the weakening of the sense of responsibility of teachers, teacher evaluation and incentive system is unreasonable.
University teachers should respect students' teaching objectives; teaching content to fit students; follow the guidance in the teaching way, to encourage and promote ethical norms; classroom teaching management should follow the ethical norms of due diligence, devoting themselves to education; teachers and students get along to follow the ethical norms of democracy and equality, mutual trust; peer relationship should follow the unity of ethics specification of healthy competition.
University teachers need a series of measures to protect the ethics and abide by internalization. One is to enhance teachers' teaching virtue. It is necessary to strengthen the teaching of ethics education of teachers, improve teachers' teaching responsibility consciousness, improve the consciousness of teachers; the two is to strengthen the teacher-student interaction, promote the communication between teachers and students of university teachers need harmony. Clear their role, realize the role change. To cultivate the noble morality, in the teaching of life and beautify the personality. To broaden the communication way between teachers and students; three is to optimize the university management system, improve the working environment. It is necessary to improve teachers through the examination and promotion system, to create solidarity, solidarity and cooperation to promote the atmosphere between teachers and peer collaboration.
