高校创新人才培养的探索与项目管理实践

【摘要】：大学生创新意识和创新能力的培养是高校创新人才培养的关键。关于推进创新教育,国内外高校不断进行着探索与尝试,而“基于项目的学习”作为一种行之有效的训练方式逐步得到了越来越多的认可。从上个世纪90年代末,国内高校陆续启动了各自的大学生科研项目。在此基础上,教育部高教司自2007年起推出了国家大学生创新性实验计划。旨在探索并建立以问题和课题为核心的教学模式,改变倡导本科学生为主体的创新性教育的实验改革,以调动学生的主动性、积极性和创造性,激发学生的创新思维和创新意识,逐步掌握思考问题、解决问题的方法,提高其创新实践的能力。这是我国高等教育改革的一项重大举措,也给各实施高校人才培养的组织管理工作带来巨大挑战。本文通过采用文献研究法、案例分析法、问卷调查法及访谈法等方法,对创新、教学人才、创新教育的概念和演变过程进行了研究,对国内、外高校创新人才培养模式进行了分析和归纳,认为当前大学生科研项目是高校实现创新人才培养的有效途径。为了解目前大学生科研训练项目的开展情况,笔者编制了问卷调查表,对参与项目的学生开展了调查,并运用专业的数据分析软件SPSS对调查问卷所获取的数据进行分析、整理,对学生参加科研项目的相关因素进行比较。在此基础上,结合大学生科研项目管理的实践,尝试将项目管理的相关原理和方法引入大学生科研项目的管理过程中,探索一套符合其特点的过程管理模式,从而提高效率,保证项目的顺利实施。最后,针对目前国家大学生创新性实验计划组织管理过程中存在的问题,提出进一步改进和完善的建议。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of innovative consciousness and innovative ability of college students is the key to cultivation of innovative talents in universities. On the promotion of innovation education, colleges and universities at home and abroad to explore and try, "project based learning" as an effective way of training has been more and more recognized. From the last century at the end of 90s, domestic universities have started the students' scientific research project of their own. On this basis, the Ministry of Education launched the National Undergraduate Innovative Experiment Program since 2007. To explore and establish a problem and subject as the core of the teaching mode, experimental reform innovation education advocated undergraduate students as the main body, take the initiative to mobilize the students enthusiasm and creativity, stimulate students' creative thinking and innovation consciousness, and gradually master the thinking and methods to solve the problems, improve their ability of innovative practice. This is me A major step in the reform of higher education in China has also brought great challenges to the organization and management of the training of talents in Colleges and universities.
In this paper, by using the method of literature research, case analysis teaching, questionnaire survey and interviews and other methods, to innovation, talent, concept and the evolution of innovative education is studied in China, analyzed and summarized the foreign university innovation talent training mode, that the college students' scientific research project is an effective way to realize the innovation of university personnel training. To understand the current situation of college students research training project, the author compiled the questionnaire carried out a survey on the students involved in the project, and the use of professional data analysis software SPSS to carry on the analysis, the survey questionnaire data obtained, comparing the related factors for students to participate in research projects on the basis. Combined with the practice of scientific research, project management of university students, try to related principle and method of project management into scientific research project management process, to explore a Set up a process management mode that accords with its characteristics, so as to improve efficiency and ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Finally, aiming at the existing problems in the process of organization and management of national college students' innovative experiment plan, suggestions for further improvement and improvement are put forward.
