【摘要】：构建和谐校园是以校园为载体，使民主办学的理念得到充分发扬，以和衷共济、内和外顺、为定有序、协调发展作为核心的素质教育模式，实现育人教育要素的全面地、自由地、协调地、充分发展地良性发展。高校思想政治教育的激励和调节作用为构建和谐校园提供动力支持。高校应根据时代特征和学生的特点，充分发挥其激励功能，为高校辅导员开展工作提供精神保障，形成公平、正义、宽容的社会理念，调动辅导员的积极性，激励他们为构建和谐校园而积极进取、努力拼搏。目前，如何构建和谐校园背景下高校辅导员队伍的建设，培养出优秀的高校思想政治工作者，并不断的提高高校辅导员理论水平和实践经验，是高校辅导员培养工作的重中之重，也是目前我国高校面临的重大难题之一。本文以和谐社会大的背景为前提，以和谐校园为出发点，对当前高校辅导员工作进行了剖析，分析高校辅导员的当前工作现状、存在的问题及原因，浅显的对高校辅导员队伍的建设提出改革创新的新思路。本文提出了做好高校辅导员队伍建设的总体要求，不仅要提高理论素养、自身的素质和能力，更重要的是创新工作思路，探索有效载体，创造性地开展辅导员工作，最后还着重提出了在和谐社会背景下我国高校辅导员开展思想政治工作的重要作用。总之，全文的立足点和目标指向始终是如何做好高校辅导员队伍建设，使高校思想政治教育工作者在和谐校园中充分发挥作用，在构建和谐社会的新形势下，充分认识加强辅导员队伍建设在构建和谐校园活动中的地位和意义。
[Abstract]:The construction of harmonious campus is to take the campus as the carrier, so that the idea of democratic school can be fully carried forward, and the quality education mode of harmonious cooperation, internal and external smooth, orderly and coordinated development will be the core of quality education. To achieve the educational elements of education in a comprehensive, free and coordinated manner. The motivation and regulation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities provide motive support for the construction of harmonious campus. Colleges and universities should give full play to its incentive function according to the characteristics of the times and students. For college counselors to carry out work to provide spiritual security, to form a fair, just, tolerant social concept, mobilize the enthusiasm of counselors, encourage them to build a harmonious campus and work hard. At present. How to build a harmonious campus under the background of college counselors team construction, cultivate excellent ideological and political workers, and constantly improve the theoretical level of college counselors and practical experience. It is one of the most important tasks for college counselors and one of the most difficult problems facing colleges and universities in China. Based on the background of harmonious society and the harmonious campus, this paper analyzes the current work of college counselors, analyzes the current situation, problems and reasons of college counselors. This paper puts forward the overall requirements for the construction of college counselors, not only to improve their theoretical literacy, their own quality and ability. What is more important is to innovate the way of work, to explore the effective carrier, and to creatively carry out the work of counselors. In the end, it puts forward the important role of ideological and political work of college counselors in our country under the background of harmonious society. In short, the foothold and goal of the full text is always how to do a good job in the construction of college counselors. In order to make the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities play a full role in the harmonious campus, and under the new situation of building a harmonious society, we should fully understand the position and significance of strengthening the construction of the contingent of counselors in the construction of harmonious campus activities.
