【摘要】：人的价值实现问题是社会的永恒课题。在我国深化改革的今天，大学毕业生作为一个特殊群体，他们的价值实现更值得我们去探索与思考。马克思关于人的价值实现理论认为人的价值分为自我价值和社会价值，并且两者是互为前提，相互统一的。大学毕业生自我价值实现体现为个人素质和能力的充分发挥、个人社会关系的发展和个人需求的满足几个方面，并且只有通过社会价值才能体现出来，所以只有把自己同他人和社会联系起来，积极为社会做贡献，才能取得成就，充分实现自己的价值。马克思在其中学毕业论文《青年在选择职业时的考虑》曾指出，青年在选择职业时首先应当考虑的是为人类的幸福服务，不能选择那些脱离实际的职业，而需把理想与现实、思想与行动结合起来。这对于有效指导当代青年大学生树立理性的择业观，实现美好的人生价值有着极其重要的现实启发意义。大学毕业生主要通过就业渠道实现自己的人生价值，但是，由于自身不能正确认识自己、价值观存在偏差、自身综合素质和能力不能与社会需求相匹配等主体原因，以及高校课程设置与社会需求脱轨、就业制度不健全、社会不良风气的影响等客体原因导致部分大学毕业生不能顺利就业，影响了他们自我价值的实现。要解决这些问题，帮助大学毕业生走出价值实现的困境。首先，大学毕业生自己要客观的评价自己，确定自己的职业目标，树立正确的价值观，不仅要扎实掌握文化知识，还要注重自己专业技能和综合素质的培养,时刻关注时代和国家需要什么样的人才，将自己的目标追求与社会的需求相结合；其次，科学合理设置高校课程，加强对大学生综合能力的培养，高校要与用人单位紧密联系，，了解现代社会对人才的需求，加强职业教育；最后，政府要完善大学生就业制度，积极扶持大学毕业生创业，建立完善的社会保障制度，创建公平的就业环境和合理的人才供应机制。

Mainly through the channels of employment of university graduates to realize their value of life, but because of its not a correct understanding of their values, there is a deviation, their comprehensive quality and ability can not match the social demand and the main reasons, as well as the university curriculum and social needs, employment system is not perfect, bad social atmosphere influence object causes some university graduates can not work smoothly, affect the realization of their self value. To solve these problems, to help college graduates out of value realization difficulties.
