【摘要】：法律信仰是指基于社会主体通过对法律现象的感受而形成的内心对法律价值的认同,对法律的坚定信念和尊重,是公众自觉守法的升华。目前,我国社会主义法治建设取得了一系列的进展,但仍存在各种问题和挑战,譬如公民法律信仰的缺失。在高校亦是如此,大学生拥有法律的基本知识,认识到法律的作用,但大部分学生只能是在感性上对法律制度有所了解,还不能上升到理性的高度。大多数学生能够遵守法律和纪律,但不能把法律信仰当做自己长期坚守的信念。大学生是未来社会主义建设事业的主要力量和源泉,其法律意识的状况将直接关系到社会主义法治建设的成效。当前高校教育刻不容缓的责任和义务就是努力培养大学生的法律意识以及崇尚法律的情操,进而加强他们法律信仰的培养,提高他们的民主法制观念。培育大学生法律信仰有助于培养大学生对法律的尊重和信任,促使他们变被迫守法为自愿守法,变强制守法为良心守法。本文从对大学生法律信仰的一般理论分析入手,首先阐明了法律信仰的内涵,然后,全面地分析了当前大学生法律信仰缺失的主要表现,并着重从社会、学校和大学生自身方面对大学生法律信仰缺失的原因进行了较为深入的分析。在此基础上,有针对性地就如何加强大学生法律信仰的培养作了具体探讨。文章从四个部分论述了大学生法律信仰的培养。第一部分首先介绍了法律信仰的概念；第二部分对大学生法律信仰现状进行调查分析；第三部分从传统文化、社会、学校和大学生自身方面对大学生法律信仰缺失的原因进行了较为深入的分析；进而,文章最后指出了高等法学教育培养法律信仰的根本途径在于学生的法律实践,并在此基础上提出了培养法律信仰的教学方法和实践的基本设想。
[Abstract]:The legal faith is the formation of the community through the subject of legal phenomena based on the identity of the inner feelings of the legal value, belief in law and respect, is the sublimation of the public consciously abide by the law. At present, the construction of socialist rule of law in China has made a series of progress, but there are still various problems and challenges, such as the lack of civil law faith. So it is in the University, students have a basic knowledge of the law, to realize the function of the law, but most students can only be an understanding of the legal system in the emotional is not up to the rational level. Most students can abide by the law and discipline, but not the law of faith as their long held beliefs. College students are the main source of strength and the future of socialist construction, the legal awareness of the situation will be directly related to the effectiveness of the socialist law construction. When the University Education urgent responsibility and obligation is to cultivate the students' legal consciousness and advocate legal sentiment, and strengthen and cultivate their belief in law, improve their sense of democracy and legality. The cultivation of College Students' legal belief can help students cultivate the trust and respect for the law, to encourage them to become law-abiding voluntarily abide by the law, law-abiding for conscience forced change abide by the law. This paper starts from the general theory on College Students' belief in the legal analysis, firstly expounds the connotation of legal belief, then, a comprehensive analysis of the performance of college students lack of legal belief, and emphatically from the social, legal reasons for College students' lack of faith schools and the students themselves are deeply analyzed. On the basis of, it has focused on how to strengthen the cultivation of students' legal belief specifically discussed. This paper discusses from four parts. The cultivation of College Students' belief in law. The first part introduces the concept of legal faith; the second part gives an analysis on the current situation of College Students' legal belief; the third part from the traditional culture, society, reasons for the lack of legal belief of college and university students themselves is analyzed; then, the essay points out the basic way of higher law education is the cultivation of legal belief in the legal practice of the students, and put forward the basic ideas of teaching methods and practice of cultivating the legal belief.
