【摘要】：高校管理制度制定是高校管理的一个重要内容,而学生参与高校管理制度的制定工作,是学生参与高校管理的一种重要形式。由于高校作为一个利益相关组织,拥有多个利益相关者群体。学生作为一个最核心利益相关者群体是有资格、有能力去维护其合法利益。随着高等教育管理民主化进程的深入推进、大学治理理论的深入研究,学生参与高校管理已成为国际高等教育管理改革与发展的一个重要议题。而学生参与高校管理制度的制定工作,本质上属于学生参与高校管理的一个具体行为,目的是为了维护其合法权益。对当前学生参与高校管理制度制定中所遇到的问题进行分析,并有针对性地结合大学治理理论,基于维护利益相关者的利益采取具体措施来建立健全高校管理制度制定中的学生参与策略。本研究共有四部分。论文第一部分为绪论部分,明确研究背景、意义、方法：梳理了国内外关于高校管理制度制定中的学生参与策略的研究综述。论文第二部分,介绍高校管理制度制定学生参与的内涵与意义,论证了学生参与制定高校管理制度的可行性、必要性、局限性以及所具有的意义;第三部分采取定量研究方法对高校管理制度制定中学生参与的现状进行分析,并分析学生参与过程中所暴露的问题,并从高校和学生两方面分析高校管理制度制定中学生参与策略的影响因素；第四部分为最后从大学治理的角度,基于利益相关者参与的逻辑提出健全高校管理制度制定的学生参与策略。
[Abstract]:The establishment of university management system is an important content of university management, and student participation in the establishment of university management system is an important form of student participation in university management. As a core stakeholder group, students are qualified to safeguard their legitimate interests. With the deepening of the democratization process of higher education management. With the in-depth study of the theory of university governance, the participation of students in the management of higher education has become an important issue in the reform and development of international higher education management. In essence, it belongs to a concrete behavior of students participating in the management of colleges and universities, and the purpose is to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and to analyze the problems encountered in the process of students' participation in the establishment of the management system of colleges and universities. Combined with the theory of university governance. Based on the interests of stakeholders to take specific measures to establish and improve the university management system in the formulation of student participation strategy. This study has four parts. The first part of the paper is the introduction part, clear research background. The second part introduces the connotation and significance of student participation in the establishment of university management system. It demonstrates the feasibility, necessity, limitation and significance of students' participation in the establishment of university management system. The third part takes the quantitative research method to analyze the current situation of the middle school students' participation in the establishment of the university management system, and analyzes the problems exposed in the process of students' participation. And from the university and the student two aspects analyzes the university management system to formulate the middle school student to participate the strategy the influence factor; In the 4th part, from the angle of university governance, the author puts forward the strategy of student participation based on the logic of stakeholder participation.
