【摘要】:责任是指与某种特定的社会角色或机构相联系的职责,即分内应做之事或没有做好分内应做之事而应承担的否定性后果,是人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间相互关系的纽带。无论何人,都对自身、对他人、对集体、对国家、对社会和对自然界负有一定的责任。责任是一个人道德品质建设的基本元素,是为人处事的基础,缺乏责任,将会危害自己、危害他人、危害家庭、危害社会、危害国家,做一个“负责任的人”是和谐社会的需要,中华民族的伟大复兴也迫切要求炎黄子孙都具有强烈的责任意识。 大学生肩负着重要的使命,是最有活力、最富有朝气的社会力量,是国家未来建设的中流砥柱,是推动历史发展、促进社会进步的先锋。在未来的国际竞争中,大学生是否具有强烈的责任感和使命感,关系到党和国家建设事业的成败。然而,在我国社会发展转型的过程中,由于一些不良风气的影响,加上在教育方面存在的某些缺陷,特别是改革开放以来的国际化思潮的渗透,使当代大学生存在多元化的价值观念和价值判断标准,他们当中确实存在责任意识淡薄或缺失的现象,或者是自我责任意识情绪化、功利化倾向的问题。近几年来,高校大学生厌世轻生、对社会冷漠的现象呈上升趋势,从一个侧面反应出当代大学生的精神状态和存在的责任危机问题。如何坚持用正确的价值导向,加强对大学生的责任观教育,建构起大学生强烈的责任意识,树立“责任公民”的观念,引导他们正确认识和处理个人利益、个人需求与社会责任、社会义务之间的相互关系,这是高等教育必须解决的根本问题,也是高等教育培养中国特色社会主义的合格建设者和可靠接班人的必然要求。 国防是关系一个国家和民族兴衰存亡的大事,与每个公民的切身利益息息相关,“国家兴亡,匹夫有责”,国家的安危,民族的振兴,每个公民都负有不可推卸的责任。国防责任是最高层次的一种责任,强烈的国防责任可以增强民族凝聚力,促进民族的伟大复兴事业。因此,加强国防教育,强化公民的国防观念和责任意识,是党中央始终高度重视的一个战略问题。学校国防教育是全民国防教育的基础,特别是在经济全球化大背景下,国际竞争日趋激烈,我国面临的国际环境更加复杂,国家安全面临的挑战更加严峻,让青年学生树立居安思危的忧患意识,增强国防观念,树立为国防事业做贡献的强烈的责任感和使命感,成为高等学校国防教育的新的历史使命。 从国防教育的性质以及它特殊的教育目标、教育内容和教育形式来分析,国防教育建构大学生的责任意识是国防教育本身蕴含的教学要求。实践也证明,国防教育中一些典型案例、一些失败的教训、一些民族英雄,特别是像我国近代史上的屈辱历史,特别能够激发起学生的国家情怀和民族情怀,能够激发强烈的责任感和使命感,所以通过国防教育建构大学生的责任意识,既是国防教育教学的内在要求,也是教学的目标、教育的价值取向,是国防教育的核心和精粹所在,在国防教育实践中探索大学生责任意识的建构,更新国防教育理念,改进教学方式方法,是国防教育培养合格公民的一个时代新要求。 针对我国大学生国防责任意识及国防教育现状,我们应当充分发挥国防教育对构建大学生责任意识的作用,在国防教育中做好以下工作:紧扣教育目标,更新教育理念;加强师资建设,增强教师的教育责任;运用网络平台,延伸教育触角;努力探索和改进教学方法,在理论灌输中夯实责任意识思想基础,在案例教学中培养责任意识情感,在实践锻炼中提高责任能力。

According to the status of national defense consciousness and responsibility of college students of national defense education in our country, we should give full play to the role of national defense education in the construction of College Students' sense of responsibility, do the following work in the national defense education: focusing on educational goal, renewing educational concept; strengthen the construction of teachers, improve teachers' educational responsibility; the use of network platform, extension education efforts to explore and improve the antenna; the teaching method in theory, reinforce the sense of responsibility in instilling ideological foundation, cultivating the sense of responsibility of emotion in the case teaching, improve the ability of responsibility in practice.
