大学生寝室群体思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:随着我国高校教育深化改革,尤其是学分制、选课制等改革措施的相继实施,使得我国传统的“班级”作用日益削弱,而相对稳定的寝室成为大学生一天中停留时间最长的地方,同时,寝室也是大学生学习、生活以及人际交往的重要场所,寝室群体的重要性和独立性日益凸显。在新的时代背景下,寝室作为思想政治教育重要阵地的功能逐步得到彰显,寝室群体作为思想政治教育的主要对象也开始受到人们的普遍重视。正因为如此,以寝室为主要阵地,面向寝室群体开展的思想政治教育工作,也成为高校日常思想政治教育的重要组成部分,是课堂教育、班级教育的有效补充。顺应时代发展的需求和大学生学习、生活实际,切实加强寝室群体思想政治教育工作,坚持与时俱进、改革创新,不断拓展思想政治教育的新平台,探索思想政治教育的新途径,提高思想政治教育的有效性,已经成为大学生思想政治教育工作的重要课题。本文在探讨大学生寝室群体思想政治教育一般理论的同时,通过问卷调查、访谈等途径,总结大学生寝室群体思想政治教育取得的成绩、存在的不足,并在此基础上分析产生这些不足的主要原因,由此提出相应的具有针对性的对策,以期对大学生寝室群体思想政治教育理论和实践的探索提供有益的借鉴。 本文分为三章: 第一章:大学生寝室群体思想政治教育的含义、特征、内容及意义。本章主要是厘清大学生寝室群体思想政治教育的含义,分析大学生寝室群体思想政治教育的基本特征,提出大学生寝室群体思想政治教育的主要内容,同时探讨大学生寝室群体思想政治教育的实践价值之所在。 第二章:大学生寝室群体思想政治教育现状分析。这一章是在问卷调查和访谈的基础上,总结大学生寝室群体思想政治教育取得的主要成绩;分析目前大学生寝室群体思想政治教育存在的不足,并在此基础上,追溯产生以上问题和不足的主要原因。原因包括:部分高校对大学生寝室群体思想政治教育认识存在偏差;大学生寝室群体思想政治教育形式较为单一;大学生寝室群体思想政治各教育力量发挥不够充分以及大学生寝室群体思想政治教育环境不够完善等。 第三章:加强大学生寝室群体思想政治教育的对策。该章立足大学生学习生活实际以及学校工作开展的具体情况,提出了加强大学生寝室群体思想政治教育的有效对策。具体包括:深化对大学生寝室群体思想政治教育的科学认识;创新思想政治教育的形式;整合各方教育力量做好大学生寝室群体思想政治教育工作;优化大学生寝室群体思想政治教育环境四个方面。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of higher education in our country, especially the implementation of credit system, elective course system and other reform measures, the role of traditional "class" in our country has been weakened day by day. The relatively stable dormitory has become the longest place for college students to stay in one day. At the same time, it is also an important place for college students to study, live and communicate with others. The importance and independence of dormitory groups are increasingly prominent. Under the new background, the function of dormitory as an important position of ideological and political education is gradually revealed. Dormitory group as the main object of ideological and political education also began to receive general attention. Because of this, the dormitory as the main position, facing the ideological and political education work carried out by the dormitory group. It is also an important part of the daily ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is an effective supplement to classroom education and class education, and conforms to the needs of the development of the times and the study of college students and the reality of life. We should strengthen the ideological and political education of dormitory groups, persist in keeping pace with the times, reform and innovate, constantly expand the new platform of ideological and political education, explore new ways of ideological and political education, and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. It has become an important topic in the ideological and political education of college students. This paper discusses the general theory of ideological and political education in the dormitory of college students, through questionnaires, interviews and other channels. Summarize the achievements of ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group, the shortcomings, and on this basis, analyze the main reasons for these deficiencies, and then put forward the corresponding targeted countermeasures. In order to provide useful reference for the exploration of ideological and political education theory and practice of college students'dormitory group. This paper is divided into three chapters: Chapter one: the meaning, characteristics, content and significance of ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group. This chapter is mainly to clarify the meaning of ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group. This paper analyzes on the basic characteristics of the ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group, puts forward the main contents of the ideological and political education of the college students' dormitory group, and probes into the practical value of the ideological and political education of the college students' dormitory group. Chapter two: the current situation analysis of ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group. This chapter summarizes the main achievements of ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group on the basis of questionnaire survey and interview. This paper analyzes the deficiency of ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group at present, and on this basis. The main reasons for the above problems and deficiencies are listed as follows: some colleges and universities have deviations in their understanding of the ideological and political education of college students' dormitory groups; The form of ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group is relatively single; The college students' dormitory group ideological and political education power is not enough and the college students' dormitory group ideological and political education environment is not perfect enough. Chapter three: the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students' dormitory group. This chapter is based on the actual situation of college students' study and life and the specific situation of school work. The effective countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students' dormitory groups are put forward, including: deepening the scientific understanding of the ideological and political education of college students' dormitory groups; Innovating the form of ideological and political education; Integrating all kinds of educational forces to do a good job in ideological and political education of college students' dormitory groups; Optimizing the ideological and political education environment of college students'dormitory group.
