大学生自主学习的现状及影响因素研究

【摘要】：信息时代的知识急速增长，更新越来越快，经济社会的发展和人的全面进步愈来愈依赖于知识的创新和对知识的运用，在这一时代背景下，自主学习已经成为个体生存和发展的动力源泉，而大学生作为人才队伍的主力军，，对其自主学习状况进行研究显的非常重要，具有重要的意义。本研究主要围绕两个问题对大学本科生进行调查研究：大学生自主学习状况如何？影响大学生自主学习的主要因素有哪些？在对这两个问题进行问卷调查的基础之上，为进一步改善大学生的自主学习情况提出相应的建议和意见。本研究在参考已有问卷的基础上，自编了大学生学习情况调查问卷，随机抽取东北师范大学230名本科生进行调查研究，然后对调查数据进行统计分析，得出以下结论： 1.东北师范大学本科生的自主学习整体水平比较好。 2.不同背景变量的大学生自主学习状况差异性分析：男性大学生自主学习状况略好于女性大学生；文科类大学生的自主学习状况好于理科类大学生；免费师范生和其它类型的的大学生的自主学习状况无显著差异；不同年级之间的大学生的自主学习总体上不存在显著差异。 3．大学生自主学习的影响因素总体来说有，内在因素（学习习惯、学习观念、学习态度、学习动机等），外在因素（教师、同辈群体、学习环境、社会文化）。针对研究问题和得出的研究结论，本研究为大学生更好的自主学习提出了一系列参考建议。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of knowledge in the information age, update more quickly, the innovation of economic and social development and human progress is increasingly dependent on the knowledge and application of knowledge, in this background, autonomous learning has become the source of individual survival and development, and college students as the main force of the talent team, research on the autonomous learning situation is very important, is of great significance. This paper focuses on two problems: investigation and Research on undergraduate students' autonomous learning situation? What are the main factors affecting college students' autonomous learning? Based on the questionnaire survey on these two issues, and put forward the corresponding suggestion for further improve the Autonomous Learning of college students.
Based on the existing questionnaires, this study compiled a questionnaire about the learning situation of college students, and randomly selected 230 undergraduates from Northeast Normal University.
1. the undergraduate students of Northeast Normal University have a better overall level of self-study.
2. different background variables of College Students' autonomous learning status difference analysis: Male College Students' autonomous learning situation is slightly better than female students; the liberal arts college students' autonomous learning situation is better than the science students; there was no significant difference between the free normal students and other types of College Students' autonomous learning situation; there is no significant difference between different grades of college students autonomous learning in general.
3., the influencing factors of College Students' autonomous learning generally include internal factors (learning habits, learning beliefs, learning attitudes, learning motivation, etc.), external factors (teachers, peer group, learning environment, social culture).
In view of the research problems and the conclusions of the study, this study puts forward a series of reference suggestions for better autonomous learning of college students.
