海南省高校学生厌学问题研究

【摘要】：学习是大学生的主要任务,大学生的学习态度和行为直接关系到高校教学质量的提高、学生整体素质的提升和校园文化氛围的净化。尤其是随着高校毕业生就业形势的日益严峻,整个社会对教育也提出更高的要求。大学生的学习问题也愈发显得重要起来。然而,目前大学生的学习状况却令人担忧,厌学现象屡屡出现,厌学之风也在大学中不断蔓延。厌学现象的存在必然导致大学生学习成效的低下,人才培养质量得不到有效保证,人才的出口也将更加困难。研究大学生厌学的原因,探求解决的办法,对于激发大学生学习的兴趣,帮助高校、家庭和社会反思自身的不足,培养优秀的人才有着重大的现实意义。本课题在前人研究的基础上,运用学习理论的相关知识,采取问卷调查、访谈等方法,归纳出大学生厌学的种种表象,分析大学生厌学的原因,并在此基础上,进一步探索解决厌学问题的措施。本研究通过对当代大学生学习状况进行调查,以调查得出的结果和相关数据为基础,对大学生厌学的现象进行深入的分析,认为引发当代大学生厌学的因素主要来自四个方面：即个人原因、家庭原因、学校原因和社会原因。根据引发厌学的主要因素,本研究从个人、家庭、社会、学校四个角度出发,提出解决当代大学生厌学问题的对策。毋庸置疑,解决当代大学生的厌学问题,单靠某一个部门或某个个人一己之力是显然不够的,这需要社会、高校、家庭和个人等多种因素的共同努力、彼此支持和相互配合。就研究宗旨和目的而言,本研究期望能够通过研究引发海南高校大学生厌学的各种因素,探索解决问题的措施,总结规律,找出其共性和特性,以便有针对性地帮助当代大学生激发起学习的兴趣,树立良好的学习动机,培育良好的学习氛围,促进大学生身心的健康发展,实现人才培养质量的提高和高等教育事业健康、和谐发展。
[Abstract]:Learning is the main task of college students, college students' learning attitude and behavior is directly related to the improvement of teaching quality, improve the overall quality of students and purify the campus culture atmosphere. Especially with the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious, the whole society has put forward higher requirements for Education. Learning problems of college students is more important. However, the current college students' learning situation is worrying, the occurrence of weariness, weariness wind also spread continuously in the University. The weariness of existence will inevitably lead to poor college students to learn the effectiveness of personnel training quality can not be effectively guaranteed, the export of talent will be more difficult.
Study on the causes of study weariness, seek a solution, to stimulate students interest in learning to help college, family and society to reflect on their own shortcomings, is of great practical significance to cultivate excellent talents. This paper on the basis of previous studies, use the knowledge of learning theory, questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods, summed up all the college students weariness appearance, analysis of the causes of College Students' learning, and on this basis, further explore solutionsmeasures weariness problem.
This study through the investigation of contemporary college students' learning situation, to investigate the results and related data based on the in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of college students weariness, factors that lead to the weariness of contemporary college students mainly from four aspects: personal reasons, family reasons, school reasons and social reasons. According to the main factors causing the weariness this study, from the individual, family, society and school four aspects of countermeasures to solve the weariness problems of contemporary college students.
There is no doubt that solve weariness problems of contemporary college students, is clearly not enough to rely solely on a department or an individual power of their own, which requires joint efforts of various colleges and universities, society, family and individual factors such as, support each other and cooperate with each other. The research aim and purpose of this research is expected to various factors causes of university students in Hainan through the study weariness, explore the measures to solve the problems, summed up the law, find out their common characteristics, in order to help the contemporary college students to stimulate interest in learning, good learning motivation, cultivate good learning atmosphere, promote the healthy development of college students, improve quality of personnel training higher education and healthy and harmonious development.
