【摘要】:讲会是古代一种讲学活动,也是书院讲学的重要组成部分。古代讲会参与者绝大多数都是成年人,他们或是探讨经理学术以求提高,或是探讨伦理道德以明明德,或是探讨乡约规定以迁善改过。可见,会友们学的都是“大义”,接受的是古代传统意义上的大学教育。讲会也蕴含了现代大学教育的一些理念,它同样具备教学、学术研讨和社会服务等现代大学所必需的一些功能,与当代大学教育有相通之处。以上内容都说明古代讲会有值得当代大学教育借鉴的地方,尤其是讲会活动蕴含着的丰富的对话因素,更是值得对话缺席的当代大学教育教学参考和借鉴。 本文主要采用文献研究方法,通过收集大量与古代讲会有关的文献,对讲会的概念、历史、基本活动和产生的社会影响进行深入剖析,更重要的是,还原古代讲会的现场,发掘出其中的对话因素。 本文认为,古代讲会蕴含着丰富的对话因素:讲会是建立在平等、信任、包容基础上的,且具备非常开放的空间;其受众包括农工士商等社会各个阶层;讲会强调提问,倡导质疑,注重内省;讲会可以增进人与人之间、群体与群体之间的了解,有的讲会是为了消除冲突;讲会过程能够产生新的意义。 对当代大学教育能从讲会中获取很多启示,其中最重要的就是要将对话因素引入到教学中来,具体要做到以下几点:大学教学要建立起良好的师生关系,特别是要建立起平等的师生关系,同时,还要引入爱、谦虚、信任、希望等情感因素;要营造良好的课堂氛围,这种氛围包括开放、自由、真诚、公正、包容、合作等因素,能为对话创建最好的条件;要提倡质疑精神,反对灌输;要重视自我对话,要引导学生自觉进行自我反省,同时,教师也要时常反省自己。
[Abstract]:The conference is an ancient lecture activity and an important part of the academy lecture. Most of the participants in the ancient lectures were adults, or they discussed the management of academic to improve. Or to discuss ethics and morality in order to clear the moral, or to explore the provisions of the rural covenant in order to improve the past. It is clear that the members of the study is "great righteousness." It also contains some ideas of modern university education, which also has some functions necessary for modern universities, such as teaching, academic research and social service. The above contents all show that the ancient lecture conference has the place that the contemporary university education can use for reference, especially the rich dialogue factor contained in the lecture meeting activity. Is worth dialogue absent contemporary university education teaching reference and reference. This article mainly adopts the literature research method, through collecting a large number of documents related to the ancient lecture meeting, deeply analyzes the concept, history, basic activities and social influence of the conference, and more importantly, it is more important to analyze the concept, history, basic activities and social impact of the conference. Restore the site of the ancient lecture, and find out the dialogue factors. This paper holds that the ancient conference contains rich dialogue factors: it is built on the basis of equality, trust, tolerance, and has a very open space; Its audience includes farmers, workers and merchants and other social strata; The lecture will emphasize questioning, advocate questioning, pay attention to introspection; Seminars can promote understanding among people, groups and groups, some of which are aimed at the elimination of conflicts; The lecture process can take on new meaning. For contemporary university education can get a lot of inspiration from the lecture, the most important is to introduce dialogue factors into teaching, specifically to achieve the following: University teaching to establish a good teacher-student relationship. In particular, to establish an equal teacher-student relationship, but also to introduce love, modesty, trust, hope and other emotional factors; To create a good classroom atmosphere, including openness, freedom, sincerity, justice, tolerance, cooperation and other factors, can create the best conditions for dialogue; We should advocate the spirit of questioning and oppose indoctrination; We should pay attention to self-dialogue, guide students to self-reflection, and teachers should often reflect on themselves.
