【摘要】：随着世界经济全球化和我国改革开放的日益深入，大学生的政治观发生了很大的变化。南疆高校地处祖国西部边陲，长期以来始终处在反分裂反渗透的第一线阵地。当前南疆高校大学生政治素养如何，不仅关系到南疆经济和社会的和谐与稳定，而且关系到中央提出的新疆跨越式发展和长治久安战略的实施。大学生政治观是指大学生对我们党和国家当前制定的各项方针和政策的根本观点和看法。客观的分析当前南疆高校大学生政治观现状，进一步加强南疆高校大学生的政治观教育，对于维护祖国统一和民族团结，加快推进南疆地区政治文明建设意义重大。本论文围绕着政治观教育的相关理论，结合南疆高校的特殊实际，力求寻找一条具有南疆高校特色的政治观教育之路。本论文主要是从五个方面的问题来展开的，首先，，通过引言部分，分析了选题的学术背景及目的、理论意义和现实意义、文献综述、研究思路方法及创新。其次，从当前学术界对与政治观教育相关的概念争议入手，结合本论文的实际情况对概念进行界定。再次，通过实地问卷调查，并结合南疆高校大学生思想及发展实际，对在南疆高校政治观教育的现状及存在问题进行分析。同时，紧密结合南疆高校所在地经济、政治及文化环境，对在南疆高校开展大学生政治观教育的特殊性及难点进行分析。最后，针对南疆高校大学生政治观现状及存在问题，结合南疆高校的特殊实际，提出以家庭教育为基础、学校教育是重点、社会教育是条件的“三位一体”，外加自我教育是关键的政治观教育之路。通过以上调查分析，笔者认为南疆高校大学生的政治思想主流是积极、正确的，他们拥护党的领导和中国特色社会主义道路，维护民族团结和民族区域自治制度，坚决反对“三股势力”的民族分裂行径，支持当前中央提出的新疆跨越式发展和长治久安战略以及内地各省份的援疆工作，其政治态度是积极向上的，但也存在着一些不可忽视的问题。尽管如此我们仍不可否认南疆高校针对大学生所进行的政治观教育前期成果是巨大的，它在维护南疆乃至整个新疆的稳定和发展过程中起到了重要的作用。可是随着经济和社会的不断发展，高校大学生的政治观也会随着时代的发展发生一些新变化，产生一些新问题。因此，需要我们持续地关注与研究。可是限于笔者掌握的国际及国内相关资料有限，再加上自己的学术能力有限，我们只能留作在以后的研究过程中，再进一步深化。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy and the deepening of China's reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the political outlook of college students. For a long time, it has always been in the front line of reverse splitting and reverse osmosis. At present, the political literacy of college students in southern Xinjiang is not only related to the economic and social harmony and stability in southern Xinjiang. Moreover, it is related to the implementation of Xinjiang's strategy of leapfrog development and long-term stability put forward by the central authorities. The political outlook of college students refers to the fundamental views and views of college students on various principles and policies currently formulated by our Party and our country. Objective. This paper analyzes the current political outlook of college students in South Xinjiang. It is of great significance to further strengthen the political view education of university students in southern Xinjiang for safeguarding the unity of the motherland and national unity and speeding up the construction of political civilization in southern Xinjiang. This paper revolves around the relevant theories of political view education, combining with the special reality of colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang. Try to find a way of political view education with the characteristics of southern Xinjiang colleges and universities. This paper is mainly from five aspects of the problems. First, through the introduction part, it analyzes the academic background and purpose of the topic. Theoretical and practical significance, literature review, research methods and innovation. Secondly, from the current academic circles on the concept of education and political concept controversy. Combined with the actual situation of this paper to define the concept. Thirdly, through the field survey, and combined with the South Xinjiang university students' thoughts and development reality. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of political view education in colleges and universities in the south of Xinjiang. At the same time, it closely combines the economic, political and cultural environment of the seat of colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang. This paper analyzes the particularity and difficulty of the political view education of college students in southern Xinjiang. Finally, according to the current situation and existing problems of the political view of university students in southern Xinjiang, combined with the special reality of colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang. Based on family education, school education is the focus, social education is the "trinity" of conditions, and self-education is the key way of political view education. Through the above investigation and analysis, the author thinks that the mainstream of political thought of university students in southern Xinjiang is positive and correct, and they support the leadership of the Party and the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. We will safeguard the system of ethnic unity and regional autonomy of ethnic groups, resolutely oppose the "three forces" ethnic splittism, and support Xinjiang's strategy of leapfrog development and long-term stability as proposed by the central authorities, as well as the work of assisting the provinces in the interior of Xinjiang. Its political attitude is positive, but there are also some problems that can not be ignored. However, we still can not deny that the early stage of political outlook education in colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang is great. It has played an important role in maintaining the stability and development of the southern Xinjiang and even the whole Xinjiang. But with the development of economy and society. The political view of college students will also have some new changes with the development of the times, resulting in some new problems. It requires our continuous attention and research, but limited to the author's limited international and domestic relevant information, and his limited academic ability, we can only leave it for further deepening in the course of future research.
