【摘要】：人的全面发展理论是马克思主义思想理论宝库中的重要内容，努力实现人的全面发展是马克思主义者追求的崇高理想。马克思主义人的全面发展理论是建立在对人类社会文明进步科学认识的基础之上，深刻揭示了人类社会发展和人的发展的客观规律。积极推进大学生素质教育，不断提升大学生综合素质，是适应时代发展要求的一种科学全面的教育理念，是以“重视全面发展，突出创新精神和实践能力”为核心的一种人才观、质量关和教育观，是促进大学生健康成长的重要举措。因此，大学生素质教育与人的全面发展具有内在统一性。它是马克思主义人的全面发展理论在社会主义条件下的具体运用，也是马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论在新形势下的新实践。如何更好地以马克思人的全面发展理论为指导，科学实施大学生素质教育，需要我们加以深入研究。本文以马克思主义人的全面发展理论为指导，以在大学生素质教育中促进人的全面发展为研究主题，，主要从以下几个方面展开分析论述：第一部分是绪论部分，主要从选题背景、研究意义、理论依据及国内外研究现状来分析和论述大学生素质教育在促进大学生全面发展中的重要地位和应用价值。第二部分是对于马克思主义人的全面发展思想与人的素质理论的认识，主要从马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论的提出、人的全面发展的内涵和主要内容、人的素质理论的提出与发展三个方面来分析论述。第三部分是对于大学生素质教育思想理论的认识，主要从大学生素质教育思想的提出背景和思想来源、大学生素质教育思想的精神实质和重要性、大学生素质教育与其他素质教育的联系与区别三方面来分析论述。第四部分是对于大学生素质教育与人的全面发展的内在联系的认识。这是本文的重点与难点，主要从四个方面来分析两者的内在联系：即大学生素质教育与人的全面发展在目标上、实现过程上、主要内容上、方式上具有内在联系。第五部分是对于如何在大学生素质教育中促进人的全面发展的认识，主要从我国大学生素质教育的现状及问题、制约大学生素质教育的原因分析、在大学生素质教育中促进人的全面发展的途径三个方面来展开分析论述。第六部分是本文的结论，主要在前五部分的分析论述基础上对全文进行归纳，总结在大学生素质教育中促进人的全面发展所取得的成就和其中的不足，提出相关对策建议，为积极推进大学生素质教育实践提供参考。
[Abstract]:The theory of people's all-round development is an important content in Marx's theory, and strive to achieve the all-round development of people is the pursuit of lofty ideals of the Marx doctrine. The theory of all-round development of the Marx doctrine is based on the understanding of human social civilization and progress of science, reveals the objective law of development of human society and human development. Actively promote the quality education of college students, improve the comprehensive quality of college students, is to adapt to a scientific concept of education for the development of the times, is to "pay attention to the comprehensive development of a talent of outstanding innovation spirit and practice ability" as the core concept, quality and education, is an important measure to promote the healthy growth of college students therefore, the inherent unity of the all-round development of College Students' quality education and the people. It is Marx's theory of people's all-round development in the socialist society. The specific application of it is also a new practice of Marx's theory of human's all-round development under the new situation. How to better carry out the quality education of College Students under the guidance of Marx's theory of all-round development, we need to further study.
Based on the theory of Marx's all-round development and the promotion of people's all-round development in quality-oriented education of college students, this paper focuses on the following aspects:
The first part is the introduction, mainly from the research background, research significance and research status at home and abroad, on the basis of the theory to the analysis and discussion of College Students' quality education in promoting the important position and value in university students' all-round development. The second part is for understanding the theory of quality thought of the all-round development of the Marx doctrine, mainly from Marx Marxism on the comprehensive development theory is put forward, the connotation of man's all-round development and the main content, and discusses the development of the three aspects of quality of people. The third part is the understanding of the quality education of college students ideological theory, introduces the background and source of ideas from the college students' quality education thought, spiritual essence and importance college students' quality education thought, relationship between College Students' quality education and quality education in three aspects. The fourth part discusses Is the internal connection for all-round development of College Students' quality education and the people. This is the focus of the thesis, mainly from four aspects to analyze the intrinsic link between the two: the all-round development of College Students' quality education and the people on the target, the implementation process, the main content, has the intrinsic contact fifth. Part of the comprehensive development of the understanding of how to promote the quality-oriented education of college students, mainly from the current situation and problems of Chinese college students' quality education, analyses the bottleneck of College Students' quality education, ways to promote people's all-round development in the quality education of college students in the three aspects of the discussion. The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper. The full text mainly in the analysis of the first five parts on the basis of summing up, summarizing the all-round development in the quality education of university students achievement and one of the Foot, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to actively promote the practice of quality education for college students to provide reference.
