就业视域中的大学生思想道德素质研究

【摘要】:随着21世纪世界教育主题的转变,思想道德素质也已成为衡量人才的重要标准。近年来用人单位对大学毕业生考核标准越来越严格,思想道德素质已成为考核标准中的重要项目。本文从当前的用人单位对大学生思想道德素质的要求出发,立足于大学生的思想道德素质与就业要求的实证研究,探索当前用人单位需求的人才形象,分析了当前大学生的思想道德素质的状况,进而找出当前大学生思想道德方面存在的问题,并依据其存在的问题进行分析,旨在通过加强大学生的思想道德素质教育,提高大学生的道德素质以满足社会的需要,从而帮助他们建树正确的就业道德观提出可行性建议。 论文的基本框架如下: 第一章,引言。主要阐述选题的背景,提出所要研究的问题,文章涉及到本文的研究综述以及研究思路,同时介绍所使用的研究方法。 第二章,就业视域中大学生思想道德素质现状及基本要求。主要依据就业视域中大学生思想道德素质的现状,,指出大学生思想道德素质主流是积极健康的,但是也存在着不容忽视的问题,进而分析当前大学生思想道德素质存在的问题及与用人单位对大学生思想道德素质的要求存在的差距。同时本章依据当代大学生思想道德素质与就业的相关性因素分析,在访谈和问卷调查的基础上,运用SPSS17.0统计软件进行二者间的相关性分析,同时运用相关具体案例做进一步解释 第三章,就业视域中加强大学生思想道德素质的重要意义。主要依据当前大学生思想道德素质与用人单位对大学生思想道德素质的要求之间存在的差距,指出在就业视域中加强大学生思想道德素质的意义,主要从对促进大学生就业的意义、对用人单位可持续发展的意义及对丰富高校内容的意义等几个方面来谈。 第四章,提升大学生思想道德素质以促进就业的对策思考。本章主要阐述提高当代大学生思想道德素质、增强就业的措施、对策及建议,主要从提高认识、充实内容、创新方法、提升素质、健全体系这五个维度提出相应的对策及建议,为进一步促进大学生就业提供理论支撑。
[Abstract]:With the change of the theme of the twenty-first Century world education, ideological and moral quality has become an important measure of talent. In recent years, the employer of college graduates assessment standards more stringent, ideological and moral quality has become an important project assessment criteria. The requirements of Ideological and moral quality of college students from the current perspective, empirical research the ideological and moral qualities and employment based on the requirements of college students, explore the current employer demand for talent in image, analysis of the current college students' Ideological and moral quality of the situation, and then find out the current university students ideological and moral problems, and on the basis of the analysis of existing problems, aims to strengthen the ideological and moral quality education of college students. To improve college students' moral quality in order to meet the needs of the community, to help them build the correct employment ethics made feasible construction Yee.
The basic framework of the paper is as follows:
The first chapter is introduction. It mainly expounds the background of the topic selection, and puts forward the problems to be studied. The article involves the research summary and research ideas of this paper, and introduces the research methods used.
The second chapter, the status quo of College Students' Ideological and moral quality and the basic requirements of employment. The status of Ideological and moral quality of college students is mainly based on employment from the perspective of Ideological and moral quality of college students, points out that the mainstream is positive and healthy, but there are also problems that can not be ignored, and then analyzes the current existing problems and the ideological and moral qualities of college students and employers are on the ideological and moral quality of college students. At the same time, the gap between the requirements of this chapter on the basis of the correlation factors of moral quality and employment of Contemporary College Students ideological analysis, based on interviews and questionnaire survey, for correlation analysis between the two with SPSS17.0 statistical software, and related to the use of specific cases for further explanation.
The third chapter, important significance of strengthening the ideological and moral qualities of college students in the perspective of employment. Mainly on the basis of current college students' Ideological and moral quality and the employer to exist between the college students' Ideological and moral quality requirements gap, and points out that strengthening the ideological and moral quality of the significance in the vision of employment, to promote employment of college students mainly from the meaning of people the unit of the significance of sustainable development and to enrich the content of the meaning of several ways to talk about.
The fourth chapter, enhance the ideological and moral qualities of college students to promote employment countermeasures. This chapter focuses on improving the contemporary ideological and moral quality, strengthen employment measures, countermeasures and suggestions, mainly from raising awareness, enrich the content, innovative methods, improve quality, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of the five dimensions of sound system theory support for further promoting the employment of college students.
