我国民办高校办学特色的现状和分析

【摘要】：办学特色是高校发展的生命线，尤其对于民办高校来言，经过30多年的发展，民办高校的规模和数量已经达到一定程度，民办高校的发展方略由外延式发展转向内涵式发展，提高质量、办出特色成为民办高校的共识。民办高校是否办出办学特色直接关系到民办高校能否在未来的竞争中获得生存和发展。本文通过文献综述和调查研究发现，我国民办高校对创建特色越来越重视，对民办高校如何利用自身的优势在管理制度、师资队伍建设、专业设置和人才培养方面形成自己的特色都有不同的见解和应用。为进一步了解民办高校的办学特色，，通过访谈调查和案例研究的方法，与民办高校的院长和民办高等教育领域的专家进行交流，了解民办高校在创建办学特色方面的优势、民办高校在办学特色建设方面的现实情况和民办高校未来如何发展；通过对两所民办高校在办学特色上的分析研究，掌握民办高校在创建办学特色的实际操作上的情况。通过研究分析，民办高校和公办高校在管理体制上的不同是造成两种类型高校差异的根本性因素，民办高校是由投资者或教育家举办的，因此其受到政府管理的力度较小，办学自主性较大。同时民办高校在运行机制具有灵活性，在教师队伍的建设上可以利用退出机制的优势，建设一支专兼结合的“双师型”教师队伍；在人才培养方面，贯彻贴近区域发展，贴近市场，利用校企办学等途径，培养实用型、技能型人才；在学生管理方面，针对民办高校的生源特点，采用严格的管理方式，在学习和生活上督促学生进步。最后，本文通过研究分析，对民办高校在未来创建办学特色上，政府和学校自身应该如何通力合作，共同促进民办高校发展上提出建议。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of running schools are the lifeline of the development of colleges and universities , especially for private colleges and universities . After more than 30 years of development , the size and quantity of privately - run colleges have reached a certain degree . The development of privately - run colleges and universities has become the common understanding of privately - run colleges and universities . Through the literature review and the research , it has been found that the Chinese private colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the creation of characteristics , and how to make use of their own advantages in the management system , the construction of the teachers ' team , the professional setting and the training of personnel training have different opinions and applications . In order to further understand the characteristics of the running of the privately - run colleges and universities , through the methods of interview investigation and case study , the author exchanges with the experts in the field of higher education of the private colleges and universities to understand the advantages of the privately - run colleges and universities in the construction of school - running characteristics , the realistic situation of the private colleges in the construction of school - running characteristics and the future development of the private colleges and universities . Through the research and analysis , the difference between the private colleges and the public universities in the management system is the fundamental factor which causes the difference between the two types of colleges and universities . Finally , through the research and analysis , in the future to create the characteristics of running a school , the government and the school should cooperate with each other to promote the development of private colleges and universities .
